Room are clean, but dated. Outside could do with some sprusing up

The room we were given was very noisy as the motel is beside the highway.. we did not know this when we booked. The towels were dirty.. large dark marks. The bedspread had smears of something on it. The shower did not have hot water. The lady in the office was polite though.

Arriving on a 40’c day & no one at reception to check in - after 10-15 minute wait air conditioner wasn’t on in our room which smelt mouldy & bathroom very outdated - bed was comfortable which was the only plus Won’t return to this venue

Right next to the highway so really noisy trucks going past all night. ( My fault for not doing better research). Apart from that it was comfortable and adequate for a night

Clean, comfy bed, great service. Indoor, heated pool. Poor bed position for watching tv, limited crockery, toilet is uneven. Room is tired, not really worth the cost

decorative pillows dirty, towels had marks and long black hair on them.

Easy check in process (they left a key for me as i was checking in late), room very clean and tidy. Has the essentials

Have stayed here before as its middle of the road accommdation as far as cost. Room small, but clean. Took about 5 mins of running hot water tap in shower to get hot water .... what a waste of water! Same over hand basin. Towels are on the thin side, probably due for replacement. Was an exceptionally cold night, (not hotel's fault) but lucky there was an extra blanket in cupboard. Electric blankets on bed, but i'm someone who doesnt like them, so glad there was a extra blanket. Breakfast, ok , disappointing.... hubby's eggs & bacon good, but scrambled eggs .. not sure what pan they were cooked in, but i thought it was brown rice to start with. Didnt eat it, took 1 of hubby's eggs instead.

Very clean, chrisp sheets dated but more than adequate bed was very comfy great value for money indoor pool small but great for kids. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Nice people in charge

We had the family room and the second bedroom was cold. The shelf with many electrical cords was unsafe. They had a toaster and a microwave but only 4 plates with knives and cups. I just felt the rooms could do with a 'face lift'.

Comfortable beds, friendly staff, good heating, clean. Good value.

Good two bedrooms for family. Biggest downside was kids had to walk through parents room to goto bathroom

Staff member was super friendly and even gave my toddler a free choccy out of the fridge, the motel itself is on the main road and is extremely noisy at night time but that is out of the control of staff members.

Super friendly staff! Rooms were perfect for our overnight stop over. Convenient location. Have stayed her before and will definitely stay again.

Terrible experience The heater is too noisy And not good location, it’s too close to high- way truck passing and make noise all night, could not sleep

No hairdryer in the room. Bathroom needs a refurb as pretty mouldy grout was evident.

The bedroom part of it was good, excellent bed. Shower was disgusting, i wouldnt use it, need complete gut and redone.

Very run down. Not like photos. Wouldn't stay there again.

Owners are very helpful and accommodating. Rooms have had a make-over since we stayed last. Happily stay here again.
