The cleanliness of this property was disgusting. I had two rooms booked. One was fine but the other had pee on the floor and the fridge had a foul odour. I ask management if they could please clean, they didn’t. They did give us clean towels for the second day but didn’t bother with cleaning out the fridge and I cleaned the urine myself. Unhappy. Won’t be staying there again.

This property is a few kilometres away from the main part of the city with no nearby restaurants but you can get delivery. Partially renovated but needs more finishing touches the carpet was very stained and the outside was not cleaned. Get what you pay for.

Bed was very comfortable. Good fridge . Large tv. No fire alarm clean linen. Toilet broken, cracks in ceiling. No cutlery or plates (2cups 1 plastic spoons. Curtains thread bare with holes. No bbq , lawns unkept. No dining. Gutters broken. Drains need attention. Doors slamming all night. Hair drier wired into back of PowerPoint wires exposed.Dirty stained carpet. Motel in need of updating and bringing into this century. Pool needs attention.

The room we had was quite clean and so was the pool. However, the motel is very run down. There were cigarette butts on the grounds even in the pool area. We went to have our complimentary breakfast and the restaurant was closed. The room had the bins emptied on our second day, however when we returned in the afternoon the door was not even closed properly, leaving it open to whoever wanted to enter during the day. Overall, it was quite overpriced for what what you get.

The room I was given was filthy dirty and would not pass an electrical safety inspection. The carpets were stained and there was only a doona and a sheet on the bed. The doona was stained and didn’t appear to have been washed between customers. The room was old tired and poorly maintained

In room aircon drains into shower!
Bathroom door swelled cant open/close without making lots of noise (doesn't help keep kids asleep during night).
Breakfast included in price but v basic, no aircon running in breakfast area during breakfast (warm and stuffy due to being in december)

The service was great the place was very clean and I would be more than happy to do a return trip and stay there again. I mean you were greeted and made feel welcome from the moment you arrived until you left. Everything was really great breakfast and the thing you could help yourself to what you wanted. Would recommend anyone to stay there as you sure wouldn't be disappointed in anyway if you stayed there....
