The guy at the reception, I believe his name is Micheal, was super awesome. Very very accommodating, kind and knowledgeable about the area!

The location was quiet and close to the church.
None of the amenities like a pool, or spa was available.

Very good perhaps restaurant or bar should be open after 6 pm but likely is due to the business model as they have a lot of tours as guests

The website should be updated to show that all of the spa facilities are CLOSED with no status about their re-opening. Also the restaurant on site is only for your buffet breakfast it’s not for you to order lunch or dinner. The rooms were pretty “sparse” but the beds and bedding. Dry very good. We slept well.

The hotel was very conveniently located near the sanctuary. The staff were very polite, kind and efficient and the suite was clean. However, the suite itself was not very well supplied. While there was a kitchen, with stove & refrigerator, it was not sufficiently stocked. No microwave no coffee maker no dish towels nor pots or pans to cook with.

The staff is superb. I have specifically the brazilian Muriel Tarcisio Aires Yasmim and Rute. They couldnt do enough for us. Always willing to help and do the extra mile. They also has a smile to offer, while also sparing sometime to talk to us. And hard work people never stoping working.

Lovely apartment and spacious room. We had a balcony also which was nice.
Was disappointed that although a kettle was supplied in the kitchen, there were no mugs, spoons or coffee sachets supplied.
I would say the hotel is definitely of 4 star standard but is lacking in a few special touches. Fantastic location.

Very good location. Very flexible spa staff and very quick check in. The hotel was very quiet as it was low season which meant we had a very nice experience in the spa! Beds were very comfortable with two rooms for a family of 4!

The staff was friendly and helpful. The only negative was that our room wasn’t ready when we arrived at 4:45 pm. They were able to get us in by 5:30 which wasn’t much of a wait after checking in, bringing the luggage to the lobby then parking the car in the underground garage. I would stay here again.

the rooms we stayed in were not like the pictures at all. the beds were hard and lumpy. they tried to charge us to use the pool, and when we complained about the room they did nothing.

The staff was exstemly helpful and accommodating. A special thanks to the manage for assisting in transportation to the airport. The suite was clean and the bed very comfortable. The location was great nothing was more than a short walk away. The breakfast was delicious.

Bathroom could be bigger, shower very slippery. Stay on suite 2 rooms with full kitchen. Very nice.
