Prior to checking in I called to advise that we may be checking in a bit later in the day so I can confirm what their procedure was. During the conversation I was asked who is staying there and I replied two adults and 2 children. I was told each child would be an extra $15 a night which I disputed as there was a queen sized bed and 4 bunk beds in the 2 bedroom unit and Expedia does not advise of this charge and we are not over the maximum amount of guests. After a formal complaint with them they dropped the fee. To add a further sour taste in our mouth there was signage in the unit and also messages sent they we were expected to strip all the bedding and towels and ensure all washing up is done, take all our rubbish out to the front of the complex or we would be charged a $100 cleaning fee. Whilst I'm okay with washing up a few plates etc. I believe it's completely unreasonable to expect guests when they are on holidays to strip all their own bedding etc. and its either lasiness or cost cutting in my opinion by the holiday park to expect the guests to do this. Further the hot water was patchy where is would be extremely hot to nearly burn or too cold and not constant. The unit was also average in cleanliness and the window tracks not clean, curtains stained and lounges average. I find their pricing very expensive if you basically have to do some of their cleaning for them and unless the staff attitude changes with their unreasonable demands we won't be staying their again.

Everybody was so friendly

The caravan park was one of the nicest parks I’ve stayed at. It has Astro turf on most of the caravan/tent sites with some sites having mesh tarps. Shower/toilet blocks were clean and modern. Laundry blocks and kitchen were clean and had plenty of washing machines. Lots of undercover BBQs, heated pool and kids play area. Close to shopping areas and eateries. Lots of cabins and permanent tent accommodation. I recommend this park and will return.

The bed pillows were too hard and very uncomfortable. Highly recommend bringing your own pillows.

Awful stay. The 2 room Safari tent was positioned next to the front gate with cars passing through the boom gate all night and other cars sitting idle with their engines on and headlights beaming all through the night. As a result we did not sleep at all. We asked to move to a quieter spot upon checkin and were told this was not possible - even though the accomodation next to us was unoccupied. Other negatives were: You cannot lock the accomodation. Pool was dirty Tent was average with uncomfortable bed and out dated check furnishings. Definitely not a serene camping experience Management would not help make us comfortable, relocate us or offer any partial refund stating they cannot assist as we booked through Expedia. Expedia then claiming that it’s up to the holiday park and thier discretion to refund us. Terrible - worst $200 we have spent and will not be back. Would not recommend.

Loved the location and the tent was as advertised. Was a bit noisy, especially next to the playground and next to higher cabin with kids awake and playing before 8, but that’s just holidays I guess.

We stayed in a safari tent midweek - it was spacious, clean, had a proper bathroom (although small) and kitchen with full size fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle. No stove - they do ask that you use the camp kitchen BBQ which is not too far away. A different experience to a cabin. We would stay in a safari tent again. I can see how it may be noisy during school holidays.

We stayed at the safari tent and it’s very close to pool. The pool was too dirty to do swimming and playground facilities are not maintained. My kids were not happy . I need to wait for 14 minutes to check in because the office was lacked around 2:10 pm. Some staff was not friendly and kind. I was a bit disappointed.

Even driving around the park was clean, quiet and comfortable all around. Wasnt school holidays yet so it was great timing. Great amenities inside our villa able to do our cooking on the bbq privately and everything inside the kitchen for cooking The bathroom newly renovated there was a lovely spa. We didint use though, as i enjoyed having a dip right infront of the villa in the lovely creek and fishing was enjoyed. Close to shops and the lovely beaches. Wish we could of stayed longer.

Our first time to stay in a glamping tent. Everything is awesome! There are heating and private bathroom inside the tent. Recommended

The BBQ was great and was easily accessible from our cabin.
