Carpet had not been vacuumed, small rubber bands found on floor.

Average hotel. Not bad but not as good as how Holiday inns usually are. Could use an update and renovation. Fridge did not work in the room. Bathroom door lock was dysfunctional. Fold out sofa bed had seen better days. Quite uncomfortable. Carpets were worn and stained. Tons of cigarette stubs littered on the floor outside main entrance.

The hotel was very nice, breakfast was really good. The only complaint is we stayed in room 225 and the fridge was not working properly. I had medicine that needed to be kept cold. That was the only downfall. Other than that, great stay!

One thing i would change about the room would be a garbage can near the desk in the room is all. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay & will stay here again in thr future.

Convenient to highway. Easy parking.

Short one night stay. It was fabulous. Clean and comfortable. Pancake maker was out of order and that was a bummer but we lived.

Easy to get to off interstate. Several eateries close. Staff was very friendly.

Staff were great but the hotel smells like a mixture of mildew and cigarettes, the landscape on by the side doors was overgrown and trash cans full.

Shower did not drain/super dirty/gritty. One Bed had used sheets. Fan/AC Unit was super loud. Carpet was wet..

We have gone to this hotel 2 years in a row because its an excellent hotel...but teason we go is because of hot tub, which has been broken both stays for different reasons!!! Aside from that staff is very accomodating & friendly.

Room smelled of sour food and carpet was filthy. A/C unit squealed all night. We asked the front desk(Faye) if we could check out late at Noon vs 11am. She frowned and simply said ‘We are booked full ‘EVERBODY has to leave by 11am’. She was so rude in her delivery that I just wanted to slap her. I called later and another clerk cleared us to check out at Noon.

Our room was not clean upon arrival. There was alcohol bottles in the trash from the previous guest and there were crumbs on the carpet.

We stayed on the 4th floor and the hall had an extremely bad odor, thankfully it did not come into our room. The bed was incredibly hard and was not comfortable to sleep on. The breakfast and cleanliness of the lobby were very good .

Great service and very clean

Early afternoon desk clerk 6-23 (about 2pm) was amazing! He got me checked into my room early and was very pleasant and attentive that I had been driving all night and was very tired. However, the overnight(1:20-2am) 6-24 front desk girl was not so helpful. I needed to leave early about 2 AM and I asked if she could make some hot coffee as the pot in the lobby was old and cold. She scoffed and said " I don't make fresh coffee until 4am" and then proceeded to remove old pot to kitchen area and then return to sit behind front desk and play with her cell phone. I am a commercial driver and I wake up with coffee to alert myself before going out onto the road. This is one reason I usually stay at Holiday Inn Express, they are helpful and accommodating for those of us who don't run on normal business hours. The easiest task of a smile and a fresh cup of coffee was not in her capabilities, I guess, because she was too busy Doing NOTHING to be hospitable for a guest. I ended up at the shady gas station across the street for my coffee.

This is a normal average hotel. It is slightly dated by today's standards. The bathroom was a little small. The bed was the most comfortable bed we found on our whole trip. Breakfast was average, but did not have any gluten free or dairy free options. Overall, it was a good solid, clean place to stay.

Toilets too low/short.

No fan in bathroom. Outdated. Disgruntled employee pulled fire alarm twice near bedtime. Check in smooth and breakfast good.

Door latch lock was broke.

Blanket on the bed smelled musky, cracked drywall in the room and low water pressure made the stay less than excellent. We were assigned a room right next to the elevator bays so I woke up from several people yelling around midnight. There was a guy in a shirt that said Security sitting out front smoking every time we left and came back which caused everyone to feel uncomfortable with this place to start. Lastly, the breakfast was not what we have experienced at the other Holiday Inn Express around the country. The eggs were cold and the sausages were not fully cooked. The positives were vast available parking and the cinnamon rolls were great.
