Friendly Hosts , clean , location , view of Thredbo's playground .

The apartment was clean and comfortable, but old. They lacked power points for charging and you needed to bring your own shampoo and conditioner. A good supply of cooking utensils. Views from the balcony were spectacular. Off street parking was a bonus; a short walk to every thing in the village.

Our stay was amazing. Thredbo is built by the community that surrounds the area, that lives and breathes the history that is still present in the village today. The Lodge is in top nick despite its age, and you are greeted by the original builders and owners of the a Lodge, who are the true living legends of Thredbo. They are most kind, generous and hospitable to all their guests that stay at their humble abode; which was all hand built by European Immigrants in the early 60s. Upon settling in, the view from the balcony is magnificent. I couldn’t more highly recommend staying at Kasees, and look forward to returning in the Winter.

A pretty unique property run by the same family since being established I believe in the 1960's.Dated in some ways but very clean and more than adequate for a short stay in Thredbo. The central heating worked brilliantly and at times the rooms were almost too warm.Although I've never been into skiing it had the authentic look, feel and charm of a Swiss chalet.We had the added bonus of snow as an early winter blast struck during our visit in April.I would certainly stay there again if ever in Thredbo and so should you.

Awesome stay with great views as the accomodation is situated at the top of the hill. Loved the shared balcony that wraps around the level we were on.

An older chalet but very comfortable. Walking distance to all Thredbo. Reasonable price.

A lovely lodge built in 1960s with everything well considered yet still in original classics. Cozy sitting room to spend a quiet afternoon just to read, enjoy a cuppa or play chess. close to shuttle bus, shops, everything. Apart from no parking on site everything is perfect.

Nice place nit to far yo the centre of town and slopes. Great view from room.

Older, more traditional lodge. Well equipped, comfortable, with plenty of room. Can be a bit noisy as rooms come off the common/lounge room - but it's all happy noise!! Great views & well positioned near the centre. Kitchen has everything you could want. Staff all very happy & helpful. We were there in summer/autumn so not so busy as winter I expect.

Some renovations wouldn't hurt like carpets and balcony handrails. Overall, great value for money, will come again.

Great location, nice hotel with a great view and helpful host. Parking is not the easiest but you don’t really need to move your car when enjoying Thredbo

Had an epic week in Thredbo skiing and snowboarding with the family in the first week of September. We were expecting Australian spring conditions. Instead we got around a metre of snow spread over 6 days. It made for a fun week with long days on the mountain.

Great family location with great views. Shuttle bus in winter to village locations etc. Kitchen.

Kasees was perfect during my stay in Thredbo. The staff was very accommodating and the room was very spacious with a wonderful view of the mountain. The common area was also nice and cozy, but I didn't get to stay there much. The only problem with Kasees is that it's far from the shops, but there's a shuttle that you can take with the bus stop just outside Kasees. At night though, you might have to walk. My only complaint about the room was that the pillows were kinda flat. Overall, still a wonderful hotel and would definitely come back!

Amazing views, a little dated and run down but priced accordingly. Double was 2 singles put together and matress quiet firm but comfortable. All in all a nice place the lady was lovely and loved the views would stay again.

We enjoy Kacees for a quick bushwalking holiday. The apartments are clean, have great views over the blacony, and are easy to access. The water was hot and plentiful and just the ticket at the end of the days walking. The knowledgeable owners are well respected throughout the high country and were a delight, efficiently managing our booking payment and parking. We were given our own carpark and had direct access to the room. The lodge is very well maintained and had everything we required for a private restful stay without complications.

Had the best and mostly relaxing time, and will return.
