These rooms are in terrible shape! Paneling was peeling off the bathroom door. Molding and tile bathroom floor in need of attention. Fabric chair was stained. Carpet was stained. Neighbor sounds were very loud. Other guests had dogs that barked and whined/cried very early and all morning.

My kids and I stayed here overnight and it was nice. Staff was kind and the comfort was great. The rooms were quiet so that was amazing. I will be coming back!

Check in was a bit slow with there being two properties in one lobby and only one front desk person. She was, however, very friendly and efficient. Breakfast attendant was great! Comfortable accommodations for a quick overnight trip.

we were supposed to have adjoining (connecting) rooms. i called twice and they said they will try their best.
Well, the hotel does NOT have adjoining rooms!! they had rooms close together but NOT connecting.
we are in our 90's and wanted my son/wife in connecting room for our safety. very disappointed.

i didn't know that adjoining rooms is NOT the same as connecting rooms. I thought i read that they offered adjoining rooms. they only offered room close to each other but not connecting.

upon arrival I was charged 20.00 for Maintenance fees after already paying for my room online. The exterior doors to the hotel were not operational as key cards were not allowing entry to guests. Rocks were placed to keep doors open so guest could unload their cars and bring in belongings. There was a breakfast offered with price off room. There were options for people who don't eat meat but not very many. The only fruit available was apples.

We stay at this location frequently. I appreciate the consistently clean and comfortable rooms. I love seeing Beatrice in the breakfast room. I know that the breakfast has been well prepared when she is there. I was disappointed by the pre-packaged egg rounds, however.

Arrived our room was half cleaned. They said it was clean. Gave us dirty towels for clean towels as well as stuff still in the floors. Apparently there is no supervisor for house keeping so rooms don’t get checked to see if they are cleaned correctly. The grounds had clothes laying in parking. Pretty clear they been there for a few days. Key pads didn’t work correctly. Staff had no when I spoke to them about it as they will still sending guests to use that door.

The issue for us is that this hotel had a higher star rating and more positive reviews over Rodeway so we booked it.
It is clearly evident that the standards must be the same for both places and we overpaid for what we received.
The room was surfaced cleaned.
The interior of the hotel was not very clean, just neglected in general appearance.
The breakfast offered was very adequate.

Everything was good here but the bed was pretty uncomfortable.. The staff was cool and the hotel and room itself. Shower was little messed up but worked just didn’t drain the best or fully activate the shower cuz a lot of water was coming out the tub spout other then shower head.. We were in room 119.

The room wasn’t what was presented on Hotels.com. I received no partial refund and only a $50 credit on my Hotels.com account, which I will never use. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly and shampoo and conditioner bottles were half full. Then, on my last day, there I could hear every footstep of the person above me, and every door all the way down the hallway being open and shut by the maids at 6 o’clock in the morning, the breakfast wasn’t that great and if you plan to have breakfast at 8:30 be prepared for them to be out of stock. I will never stay at quality Inn again, and I will never use Hotels.com again.
