Good place

This is our second visit to this hotel. We don't understand the bad reviews. The room was clean. Bathroom spotless. Very comfortable bed. Clean linens. Normal wear and tear you expect from a room but nothing out of the ordinary. Smelled fresh. No smoke smell. It is a busy place but the people are quiet and friendly. Staff are courteous. We plan on coming back in a few months. If you are looking for a clean and reliable comfy sleep then give it a try. It's not meant to be the Hilton and the affordable price reflects that. But even for the price you get a level of comfort that is higher than expected. You can also step right outside your room to smoke which is very hard to find these days. We always strip the beds and take out garbage as a courtesy. Have never been denied our deposit so for those other comments saying they didn't get theirs back they must have left a mess. Another great thing is the location. Two mins from 400. And so close to shopping and downtown area. Give it a try!

A great basic motel. Clean room, wonderful pillows. No fuss or extras but we needed a place for a nights sleep and it was great.

The property is going through some reno's and the staff and management are really friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean.

Driveway is in the middle of a turn bend so you cant see traffic coming when trying to pull out. The pillows are flat and cheap, we actually had to take the towels and put them in the pillowcases. Also dont be fooled when putting your credit card info when booking and still have to pay full price at check-in

It was the most horrible experience i lived in a trip. I visited my room #20. They have hole on the wall and poorly done repair. Not the room i saw on picture on expedia website. They have limestone trace on the faucets of the shower..like it was dirty and not clean..the shower curtain was yellow and suppose to be White. I check the white towels and it was black spot everywhere ..i go back to the reception to take 2 others clean towels..and ask for the good wifi code at the same time. I Take a shower and the water smell like rotten egg..and the pressure of the water was non existent..maybe 5 jets on 30 jets work... I Come back in my room at 23h30. I changed my clothes and go in the bed. I saw an insect next to me on the bed..i jump. After check on Google, i found out it was AN ADULT BED BUGS. I pack all my luggage and ask the receptionist to go see on the bed and that I Will quit right now the room because his Motel is UNSANITARY. He came in the room..kill the bed bugs with his finger, undo the sheets of the bed to look for à second bed bugs. He start to yell at me : Where's the second one ??? WHERE ? I respond, it could be hide everywhere. Just find one bed bug is enough. He yell again at me and accuse me that I put the bed bugs over there..and he wont refund me at all for the room. I was shocked and traumatised. I had to negociate and threatens to call the police for a refund at midnights with no room to stay. The most horrible night of my life.

Great customer service and the room met all expectations.

Pretty nice place to stay on a budget! Room was very spacious and looked clean enough. Fridge, AC and microwave worked well. Could use some updates and proper repairs, but overall was cool and spacious and very close to downtown.

The price was very fair, and the owner let us rent the room out for four with no additional costs. I was satisfied with my stay!

this was the worst motel, I have ever stayed in,,,not only dirty,,,it was filthy...the only clean thing there were the sheets on the bed (thank god)...we tried to cancel , when we got there...but too late. No phone, no alarm clock , no hair blower., the bathroom cabinet was held together with masking tape! Even the toels were old, hard and scratchy, with old stains, YUK

Looks like it hasn’t been renovated since the building was originally constructed (whenever that may have been). Hole patches in walls, lights coming out of ceiling, bugs in bathtub, stains on carpet, and an outrageous $200 key deposit.

For europeans like us, it was fun to stay at a typical north-american motel. It was quite ok overall, not the cleanest of places, not the best maintained room (ugly fixes & paint jobs, etc.), but it was well equipped (small fridge & microwave), spacious for four people, and the beds were comfortable. The a/c was noisy but very efficient. Overall "fun" and of good value. If you're picky on details or looking for the nicest place possible, it won't be for you.

Very uncomfortable bed,stained carpet, hole in the wall, broken bathroom door. Terrible smell, rusted drain in the bathroom sink. Very unpleasant experience. We didn't expect much from the motel,but the cleanliness is always expected,no matter whether you are a motel or high class hotel.

Great price for a spacious room with all you need.
