Bad communication. I was supposed to receive notification 24hrs in advance. In spite of several calls, one of which said the mailbox was full; I didn’t receive my room information until 40 minutes prior to check in. Additionally information on Hotels.com was different then the hotel. For instance check out is 11, not 11:30. Plus there was no one on the premises in the morning even though it was stated that there would be someone to “greet you”. On a positive note Carol with housekeeping was very kind and helpful. Very convenient to have a hospitality room with a good assortment of beverages and snacks. However, the ice machine was often empty or low on ice. A small fridge would be nice in the room for personal food and beverage. The room was comfortable and well appointed but the carpet was old and dingy. A list of local restaurants and sights would have been welcome.

Room was gorgeous and very clean. Easily accessible with both stairs and elevator. A/C great. Snack room great. Bathroom spacious and up to date… lovely. Loved my time there. Will go back. You are given a code and room number. I was given the wrong room number, so couldn’t enter. Called and left message for help. Call was not returned until the next aft. Luckily, I thought to try other doors, and found my room that way. I had prepaid my bill, so what was I to do? Next aft, people outside had same issue. They were trying to enter my door. I was offered an apology and excuse a day late, but didn’t help me at the time. That was upsetting because I didn’t know what I was going to do. But property itself A . Enjoyed my stay.

The hotel was really great. Comfy bed and they had a hospitality room with drinks and snacks! It was awesome! The location was also really great. We would definitely stay here again. I would pass on paying extra for breakfast though. The place the voucher was for was more of a bakery and very overpriced. We opted not even to eat there.

I liked that it was contactless check-in/check-out. Everything was done by text. Parking was a little strange though. Parking was in a banks drive thru behind hotel.

Great old hotel. Location in Boerne was very nice. Lots of shops and restaurants in walking distance. Hospitality room was a great place for the six of us to gather. The wraparound balcony was nice but the weather didn’t cooperate. Drinks and snacks provided in the hospitality room were a nice touch. The bathroom was luxurious - really nice shower!

It was just so beautiful, and i was so glad i stayed here the night before my wedding!

Great location and our room was towards the back so it was very quiet! Easy walking access to Main Street for food and retail. Check in process is no contact and super easy. Fabulous room, wonderful bathroom and large fluffy towels!! No small fridge but not a big issue. Would absolutely stay again!

Outstanding!!!

Nice room. Comfortable beds and pillows. Lots of good food and drink nearby. Would have liked a Smart TV but it didn't hamper the experience.

The property was in a good location. I did notice the walls were thin as I could hear the people next door talking.

My wife and I were celebrating our wedding anniversary and also scouting for quality hotels to put up our guests when we relocate our business to the Boerne area. The William offers a nice decor. With our favorite restaurant, the Cypress Grille downstairs its a great location. But im gking to be brutaly honest. There are discrepiancies. YOLO Texas described this hotel has having soft luxurious sheets. The truth is the sheets were 100 count rough like military issue. Also website said room came with robes. Nope. Walls were thin, thought the neighbors were coming through the wall. The TV was volume restricted and was at times impossible to hear, probably to compensate for the thin walls. Surprised there was no hair dryer. I havent been in a hotel without a hair dryer in decades, even hotels for 3 times less. Sadly hotels need to recognize that there are people who are medically restricted for heart reasons to being able to only drink decaf coffee or tea. Having no choice but cheap bottled water is literally no choice at all. You know, we all like to wake up to coffee. Also the image i saw on the internet of breakfast served on the balcony is misleading. I was looking forward to tge ambience of an anniversary breakfast served on the balcony. However the best part is the partnership and value your hotel has with Bakery Lorraine. A great find even if you have to drive aways.

Our room was absolutely lovely! The hospitality suite was an added bonus! We will be visiting The William again!

Extremely quaint and perfectly located

Simple, but nice and stylish accommodation. Beautifull rooms, cozy atmosphere and central location right in the middle of the Boerne downtown area with restaurants, bars and shopping right outside the door. Breakfast is vouchers for the local bakery half a mile down the road which was also a good experience.

The room was beautiful. The hospitality room was well stocked. The William is located in the center of town within walking distance of all restaurants and darling shops.

The William is a great spot for a getaway. It’s situated right on Main Street. We love walking along Main Street, enjoying the boutique shopping and the open market on the square. There are amazing dining options just a walk away. The bedding and linens are luxurious and soft. The rooms have porch seating so you can enjoy a glass of wine and watch the passersby or enjoy the sounds of the Cypress Grille below.

Staying at The William is a great way to experience the heart of Boerne.

We stayed two nights just after New Year’s Day. We enjoyed walking to everything we needed. Literally either just across the street or the restaurant below our room. Very relaxing. Busy street but still slept well. Large rooms with nice furnishings. It could use some updating but it really didn’t take anything away from our time there. Very restful. We will definitely stay again.

Our room was nice and large and very well appointed. The hotel is in a premium location, right on Main Street. We will definitely stay at The William again.

Lovely room in a lovely city

We decided to take a short road trip and visit the town of Borne, Texas for few days following Christmas. The William Hotel definitely met and exceeded our expectations. Our room was French chic, and very comfortable, and super cute. This hotel only offered contactless check- in and check-out, which we’d never experienced before, but it went just fine without any issues. We also loved that the hotel remained festive with the Christmas decorations throughout our stay. And the hospitality room was a definite plus. Thank you again for a wonderful and memorable stay.
