It was an amazing suite with a breathtaking view, and our host Irina was outstanding. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Our stay was just one night, but it was very enjoyable. Irina, our host was very helpful and friendly. The view from the room was wonderful. Every thing was very clean and all the amenities were there ( instructions about the gas fire would have been useful, but we worked it out eventually)

The room was lovely and had a beautiful view of the ocean and arbutus trees in front of the balcony. It was comfortable and enjoyable. We loved having access to the hot tub as well. Very much enjoyed our stay here.

The room has everything you need if slightly dated. It has great views and Irina delivered a great breakfast every morning to our room. I do have to say it is rather off the beaten track and getting back after dinner in the pitch dark on gravel roads can be challenging!

This is a special property with exceptional host with Irina and Sky (her little dog). The views from the Sky Suite were amazing, and the breakfasts healthy and very nicely presented. The gardens which are open to walk around are wonderful with the largest roses we have ever seen. I am a seasoned traveler - 63 countries to date, and this is a gem!

Irina was very kind and welcoming. The bed was very comfortable, coffee and breakfast delicious, and the view was lovely.

The property is a little off the beaten path, but the location and the view is spectacular.

Only okay.The bad:After arriving at the property, we were informed that using the second bed in the room would cost extra. How can you advertise a room with 2 beds and inform guests that they can only use one? This appears to be in violation of what was advertised on Expedia and is quite frankly, ridiculous. Did they not want to change the sheets on both beds?!?! Bizarre.Be warned. Credit cards are not accepted. Again, this is not mentioned anywhere by Expedia. Room deposits are placed on credit cards, but you can't fully pay for your room with your card. I can only guess this is because the owner doesn't want to pay the merchant fees associated with this.The property needs to be better maintained. Whether it was lights not working properly in the suite, the digital lock on the suite struggling, the front gate not opening on the first try - these things should be fixed. This is not what a 4 star B&B looks like.The good:The property is pretty. The landscaping is very beautiful, and the views are very nice. The location, although a little bit out of the way, offers a quiet, secluded setting, but only a 10 minute drive from town.The breakfast was good and Irina does try hard to make you feel welcome. She's very knowledgeable about the island and is a big enthusiast of what it has to offer. Conclusion: If you're stuck and can't find a place to stay at this price point, Armand Heights is an ok choice. However, at $350 a night, you can probably do better.

The breakfast provided was homemade and great. The room was clean and comfortable with fantastic view from the balcony.

Irina’s hospitality was above and beyond in terms of service/delicious breakfasts which changed each morning——-some improvements (deck etc) can be done to upgrade of course—shower with bath design must be changed to prevent water on entire floor. Bed is comfortable as a “queen” size.

The hostess was lovely. The grounds were gorgeous! Beautiful flowers and greenery. Breakfast was above and beyond!!! Overall an excellent stay and visit. Thank you 🙏

Beautiful room with amazing view, warm welcome !

Spectacular location and views and location and gracious host.

Large comfortable suite, with a private large deck for relaxing and viewing the Gulf Islands and the coast of BC. Breakfasts served in room were a delight each day. We explored the gardens and walked the rural quiet roads around the B&B, enjoying the peaceful surroundings and beautiful views.

The best vacation I ever had ! Wonderful things to see and experience. Scenic views to Vancouver Island and all southern islands.
