THEY WEREN'T AT THE FRONT DESK WHEN I ARRIVED AND CHARGED ME FOR THE NIGHT DO NOT GO

Bed bugs!!! Tried to sleep on floor...layed sheet and spread off bed after spraying with bug spray. I couldn't afforded to go anywhere else paid for 3 nights. Crackheads that live there up all night looking to make a buy. I couldn't sleep so they were my entertainment One guy riding on bike looking in folks cars came through 3x's. Then another man came and went througj the garbage dumpster. Then just stood there gor about 30 mins . You think me taking their picture would of encouraged them to leave and not come back...not the case.

Inner city slum, opposite promo pictures, ... had to sleep in my car, far away from this unfortunate despicable and unsafe area.

Old noisey air condition, unsafe,unfriendly management, stay away if you can

Clean comfortable room -- they offer free internet however no phones in rooms. I was surprised to be charged an extra $10 deposit which was not returned

About the area it's quite fair, my concerned was it really smells cigarette smoke, car noise, lack of toiletress like toothbrush, toothpaste, body lotion and lastly a face towel. Microwave doesn't heat food. Internet sevice were amazing.

Listing is wrong, no on site laundry and no airport shuttle.

This place is super ghetto. The owners. Try to charge u for everything. The room was. NAsty. Mold in the restroom. Plus if. U. Stay an extra. Day. Even if u pay online. He asks for 10. Dollars or else u leave n come BK at 1. To check in again.

The location it's so bad that I'm 30 years plus I have travel in this world I did not see something like that, disrespect at arrival, no transportation to the airport, mattress with plastic bag, its a shame that hotel.com will sell this rooms in its web site. Over all a shame!!!!!

Room was in a very sad state, the receptionist took a deposit for a key and when I returned the key said the deposit was “non-refundable”, only after I insisted he returned it. The duvet was super dirty.

The outside of it looked nice. But the walls were dirty, the blankets and sheets had cigarette burns on them, and when we were checking in there was a guy yelling at people.

It was dirty and smelled like cigarettes. The person at the front desk was very nice! There was a hole in the wall that went to dirt people would use as a trash can.

Terrible stay. Roaches, dirty sheets, dirty toilets, u name it.

If you are hitting Newport, this is where you should stay. Very good price with very good clean place.

I found mu self checking in at the office where no one was available, called in to the number onsite to get a hold of the tenant/front desk manager without success for 30min. Then a person, very irritated showed up.. asked me for more money as a deposit in cash if $20.. non refundable.. he did not accept a card as I’m used to do this type of business.. he Handed me the key to a room that was in a unhealthy smoking status.. it’s walls transpired so hard the smoke smell that I even cough. I wasn’t able to bring my wife and daughter to dwell in such condition. I headed to the front office to deal again with the irritation and miss treatment of the person in charge. I expressed my concern very respectfully and he offered a room with only one bed.. when I paid for 2 beds.. I declined the offer. He insisted to hand me an air sprayer.. as if that was going to fix it at all.. I declined again and requested very respectfully a refund. At that point I lost any hope that this room was going to work. I would not recommend this place at all.. this people in charge will do a great favor to the city just selling the place and upgrading significantly the management of it. Not considering that the infrastructure really need an upgrade. Specially for a price that is couple bucks away from a prime hotel experience as I experience that very night.

Employees are crooks and evil. They cancelled my second day and lied saying booking company cancelled it. Hotel employees in physical fight with other guests and cops took guests side. Hotel employee kept saying he was a Christian who can’t lie and that he returned my money to my card. Hotel booking company and bank said that was not true. This hotel will blatantly lie to your face and try to steal your money, it is that simple.

Expedia picture of room looked nice, actual room smelled like old dirty socks. Had dirty towels, dirty A/C unit.
