The breakfast was great! Lots of choices. Our initial room's heat didn't work and they quickly changed our room and helped us move our things.

Need to simplify the TV system. Needing 2 remotes to operate is stupid. Need to keep it simple. I understand the laminate, but prefer carpeting myself. As usual, the heater system was not good. Like most rooms, you can hang locker beef cold. Or it's like a sauna, no happy medium. And baseboard heaters ALWAYS take so long to adjust. I am a fairly tall person and foun d the bed too tall to get into. Can't imagine what a short person has to do.

Nice place, comfortable, centrally located. Came here for a class reunion, on arrival discovered that there was no elevator and we were booked on the 2nd floor. I have mobility issues. They were able to get us a ground-floor room, even though they were booked up. Appreciated the effort!

Our room was in a separate building, like for over flow. Situated next to a large glass building full of extra room stuff that was thrown in there. Behind the building was an industrial parking lot and an active train track. In front was a McDonalds drive through. The room had a urine smell, so Emily, desk clerk, changed out the shower curtain. That helped a little. Room appeared clean, very plain, comfy bed. Did not have their breakfast

Emily and Sandra were lovely. Fresh water and coffee available 24/7. Convenient for downtown. There is terrible waste generated by the use of single use plastics all over the motel. Everything is disposable. This is standard practice all over the US it would seem.

The property has a parking issue. The bathrooms are small with outdated fixtures. The cost of the stay was reasonable but if you’re looking for quality you may not be happy.

A visit for a concert at the stadium brought me to Missoula. This hotel is the perfect location if you’re visiting campus. It’s also a great location to explore Missoula, which is a very walkable city.
The property was clean, and spacious. The bathroom could use a bit of an update and would love a few more wall hooks for hanging up outdoor gear but overall a great experience.
Hotel staff went above and beyond in making me feel safe, comfortable and appreciated during my stay and beyond. From check in to check out they were some of the most helpful and friendly staff I’ve encountered.
The noise from the trains might be disturbing to some but frankly it was just an extra alarm clock to get me up and enjoying the day.
My next trip to Missoula, I will definitely be staying here again!

Location was perfect for attending a concert at the stadium. Several dining options nearby and very walkable. Staff was excellent and attentive. Bed was comfy and AC worked well, all in all it was a very pleasant stay in Missoula!

Old food was in the fridge, the room stunk like vanilla air freshener, nothing had been updated since at least 1990. Bare minimum. Extremely expensive, almost 400 a night for a dump, dumb.

Some of the best staff ever encountered at any hotel. Friendly helpful and really made the stay. The down side is the constant trains near the property and endless horns. Fortunately the air conditioner drown most of it as well as the complimentary ear plugs. Shane otherwise great people salvaged it.

The first night we were there the trains were constantly going past blowing their whistle. In the morning, we asked to have a different room on the opposite side of the hotel. The hotel clerk gave us a different room and we were able to get decent night's sleep after that. Other than that, it was comfortable, close to everything, staff was very accommodating.

No housekeeping at this place. Stayed 5 nights, only had rooms cleaned once, even I asked for many times

The hotel was recently renovated. That said the floor had not been cleaned and walking on it turned our socks black quickly.
There was also a few homeless people camping out in the woods near the skde entrance. They were hanging out near the vehicles using an exterior hotel power outlet to charge their phones.
The room AC had some issues and could not maintain the room cool even when set to the coldest setting.
Finally the breakfast in the morning was terrible. The juice machine was not properly set and was serving warm concentrated juices.
I would not stay there again.

Stayed for several nights. Was a good experience overall, hotel breakfast was a highlight for sure. The rooms are clean and that’s really the most important thing.
