I like all, and 5 star for pool

We especially love the swimming pool length and it's different depths. The Kamala beach is just across the road and the waters were clear for a nice swim.Thabjs Lek and front desk staff for your good work. Will definitely come back again if I can book the hotel.

Great location

The room we booked at The Palms Kamala beach was way more than what we expected. With three perfectly sized rooms, a dining room, large living room and the icing on the cake was the private rooftop patio with hot tub. Beautiful views and complete privacy. Our only issues was the our rooms weren’t thoroughly cleaned during our stay. Bathrooms not thoroughly cleaned and towels were never changed. With that said, we were still 100% satisfied with our stay. It’s not 5 star hospitality, but we we’re still pleasantly comfortable.

Two minutes walk to the beach.. Best and variety of food to dining. Friendly staff.

Such amazing value for money. We loved staying here. The kids enjoyed the pool. We would definitely come back.

The hotel offers good value for money. The rooms were spacious with comfortable beds. Our room had a moist/closed off smell, which was not so pleasant, but we’re not sure if it was only our room. The personnel handed us an odor remover spray, but the smell didn’t go away. The hotel has a good location - only a short stroll from Kamela beach, which is a nice beach where you can easily rent sun beds and eat at one of the many restaurants on the beach. The sea was a bit rough as it was quite windy while we stayed there. There were beach guards on duty. Few mosquitos compared to other places we visited in Phuket.

Great, central location. We stayed in the penthouse which had 3 separate bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and one living room. Besides that we also had a private rooftop with a outdoor Spa/tub. Perfekt sea vias well. No breakfast included but there's a lot of restaurants near by. The pool is long and suitable for swimming.

Overall, we were happy with this hotel. Things to know: only a minute's walk from the beach, but no view of anything beautiful from the room. While rooms pictured have a washing machine, there is not one in every room (we arrived expecting to be able to do laundry as we'd been traveling a while, but had no machine). There is no microwave, and the oven didn't work, so that limited our plans to cook/eat more in the apartment. When all was said and done, we were glad we stayed here because of the location, and the staff were friendly and helpful as they could be.

A truly awful experience, this place should not be on Hotels.com. The room given to us was a disaster, broken counter tops, no chair or sofa, not properly cleaned, no safe in the room and the hotel is not on the beach, its a block or two away.I would never have booked this room if I knew the truth. They admitted that the safes were removed from all the rooms about 1 year ago and put into a room near the reception desk. All but 2 of the safes are too small to hold a laptop computer.I asked for the actual room that I paid for and the front desk person (named Wave) lied and said the hotel was full and there were no other rooms available. But the hotel was about 80% vacant.After 3 trips to the front desk and arguing with Wave for almost 1 hour she called the manager and upgraded me to a 1BR, 2 bath suite for an extra 300 baht per night. These are dishonest and disreputable people running the hotel and it needs to be removed from the Hotels.com web site.

I live in Bangkok. I was in Kamala for a short break. The hotel faces on to the main road which there are no photos of ( conveniently ) It’s super nice in the middle with the pool. Room was super clean. Staff were friendly. But there isn’t much to do in the area.

Nice and quiet hotel. Our reservation got a little messed up but the manager at the hotel upgraded our room for a small fee and we were so happy we upgraded. The room was so spacious and the bed was super comfortable. Bathrooms were also really nice and we had a functional kitchen. Also, the breakfast was great and the other food at the hotel was pretty good as well. We could tell that the room was a little dated but that didnt really bother us especially since we had so much privacy and space.

I stayed for a week at The Palms in Kamala. I found the location perfect - on the main street of the resort within walking distance of anywhere you might want to go in the resort, for example - the beach, shops, bars and restaurants, and the Aussie Sports bar if you want to watch sports.

We highly recommend this hotel for several reasons : - well located (quiet place and near Kamala beach) - family rooms are big, modern and clean - nice swimming pools - great hotel staff who really helps you when needed

Nice hotel in the center of Kamala. Very friendly and serviceminded staff!

Hotel is lovely staff were great the only negative point is the usual tourists putting towels down on loungers and on 2 occasions did not use the loungers all day.
