It was great for our family, the room has all what we needed to stay comfortably and very close to shuttle bus to visit the National park and the vouchers for Breakfast was also a great deal and the restaurant recommended for it very nice and yummy. If we comeback has to be at this place to stay

Our room was a home away from home. A large, elegant suite with living and dining facilities and a convenient kitchenette. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. The shuttle was nearby. The breakfast vouchers were fantastic. Would recommend.

The room was clean, nice and big like a cabin very comfortable with a beautiful river view on the back of the property. We enjoyed our stay

The room we booked was much larger and nicer than I had anticipated. Large, comfy king bed with lots of pillows. Room was spacious and even included a pullout out mattress (which we didn't use). Our suite had a large dining table with 6 chairs which came in handy as we outlined our plans each evening for the next day. Walk in shower was large as well with a shower head that was in a good position that neither I or my husband had to do the limbo to shower (important when you are each 6 feet tall). Plenty of linens were provided as well. The owner was to be out of town during our stay and had communicated with us in advance of this. She had arranged for someone else to be sure that we were taken care of for the duration of our stay. When we arrived we had some questions re: breakfast and the gentleman (Tom I believe) drove the vouchers over within 15 minutes. Top notch service and attention. If I return to Zion, will definitely be looking to stay here again!

We had a wonderful time at Canyon Vista Resort. We were greeted warmly and shown to our room. It was inviting, comfortable, and spacious.

Check in was smooth and easy, great location near a shuttle stop through the town. Nice backyard to sit and read a book after a long day of hiking. Would definitely recommend this property!

This is a single family residence broken up into apartments.....not what I consider a lodge. Also, there was construction in progress that we were unaware of.

I liked that this property was quiet, safe and convenient to Zion, restaurants and shopping. The room was very roomy and comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.

The lodge is currently being renovated so the manager is off site in the evening. Jo the manager is very helpful, answering questions, telling you about the attractions in the area, and how to use the city shuttle. The bathroom needs a safety bar by the tub and the heater/ac filter needs to be clean more often as there was dust in the air which bothered my allergies. The voucher which you can purchase from the manager get you a breakfast at a great price. Will definitely return to the lodge when I return to see more of Zion.

This property is a hidden gem in Springdale at Zion National Park! The view in the back yard is beautiful along the Virgin River. Our bed was so comfortable with soft luxurious sheets and pillows. The kitchenette was great to have our coffee and muffins in the morning. There's an outdoor hot tub but we didn’t use it. Also a fire pit with chairs by the river. A deer was munching on apples 30 feet away! We loved our stay here and the host is wonderful and is on site.

We had a great stay at the Canyon Vista Lodge. It was convenient to the town shuttle and very quiet. We loved coming back after a long day of hiking to the hot tub and a comfortable bed.

The property backs up to the river, and the Lodge has a firepit area, swings, and chairs around to enjoy the views. Beautiful location and nice place to stay.

This was a wonderful choice for us. Right at the end of the Springdale shuttle line, we had a choice of taking this one or driving into the park to catch the Zion Shuttle. Very clean and specious accommodations. Loved having coffee, microwave, and refrig…. Nice in room dining table as well as table on the porch. The hot tub was wonderful after the 9 mile hike in the park. JoNell was very knowledgeable and very helpful to us. Awesome experience.

Great place to stay in Springdale. The corridor to Zion. My room was like a mini apartment. The grounds were lush, and the views with the river behind. So Peaceful! I traveled solo, as a woman I felt safe and secure. I parked my car for 4 days, used the shuttle, but was able to walk to most of my destinations. The staff greeted us and was so friendly. I would stay here again.

Great choice for your stay in Zion! No Elle is an amazing host. B&B was clean, cozy, quiet- loved having a little kitchenette! Convenient to last stop on Springdale shuttle. I recommend without hesitation!

I really enjoyed my stay here. The room was large, clean, and comfortable. Good amenities (large tv, good wifi). Check in and check out was smooth. And it’s very close to town with restaurants, shops, and the national park.

What a wonderful start to our Utah National Park vacation. The property was amazing. We had a comfortable sitting area on our patio, and chairs on a lower patio with views of the river. Everything about the room was great. Nice size refrigerator, microwave, plenty of counter space, cutlery, and dinnerware, but best of all, an electric tea pot. Comfortable, cozy and clean.
Shuttle bus to zion was out the door for convenience. Vouchers for breakfast were for to local eateries with both places being great.

Canyon Vista is a perfect place to stay when visiting Zion! The property is right near the park and has a shuttle stop very close - it also right in Springdale, where there are numerous good restaurants. The rooms were very clean, air conditioned and beautifully decorated & the backyard has a nice hot tub and great outdoor seating surrounded by incredible mountains.

Conveniently located with a great view of the canyon and easy access both to the town and park itself. Oscar's Restaurant, the partner for breakfast, was a great place, and we had all our meals there.

This bed and breakfast was probably in my top 5 for best places I have ever stayed. The location was great, the staff/owners were fantastic, the room was clean and had everything we needed, and all of the outdoor seating coupled with the hot tub made for the most memorable experience at Zion :)
