Everything went well until the rude cleaning Indian lady started yelling and kicking us out of the room even though we extended the room an extra hour til 12 pm. She is rude, crass and has no respect for the customers.

My one-night stay was good enough. The bed, shower, & toilet were clean & effective enough. There are some stains on the walls, & the plastic cups were wet, & stink of ashtray rinsing. That means the ashtray was rinsed but dripped onto the cups, rendering them filthy & useless. The remote controls for the TV could use some wiping & cleaning. But overall the room could be worse. Better than some of the reviews on Hotels.com. Fine enough for my hybrid work & leisure trip. Oh, also, the issued bar soap needs a lot of rubbing & coaxing before it works up a lather.

Was not expecting much from this place because of the outside, but the room itself was great! The room looked very modern, was extremely clean, and also comfortable. For the price and the experience, this place is truly a steal

Didnt get that far with staying at hotel, setup a reservation a week or 2 in advance with option to pay for stay at office at checkin. The day i was supposed to stay at hotel i was working a late. I sent a a message to motel through hotels.com stating i was going to be late checking in and will be there by 10 to 11pm when i get out of work. Also called the receptionist early afternoon the day of checkin and told person i was also going to be late with checkin but still coming to hotel. Upon checkin was told that my reservation has been canceled by owner earlier cause i didnt c pay in advance to hold room. After giving them my itinerary for reservation they still denied my reservation and told me no vacancies. Very rude staff will never go to that hotel every again. Very rude and disrespectful

The property is perfect for last minute resolution. Definitely not on the level of service or quality of a hotel, but certainly passable.

I didn’t like how when I was calling to let the owners know I was on my way how they rushed me off the phone basically hangin up on me. Then when I got there the lady at the front desk made a scene about my service dog asking me for my papers my dog is not a pet she is a service dog she had her vest on and everything. Then the room was smelling like smoke when I asked for a non smoking room I got one that was smoking anyway. Is stunk so bad. Then the bed was not comfy it was lumpy. The covers had cigarette burn holes in them. I won’t be staying there again.

We were just looking for a no-frills, inexpensive place for an overnight stay close(ish) to the train station. This fit the bill, and it was completely basic. The room was about as small as it could be, but that was OK. It had a TV (we didn't turn it on), WiFi, a fridge, and a microwave. A shower (no tub).
Oddly, what it lacked was a place to hang anything up. There was a tiny towel rack in the bathroom and that was it. No clothes hangers, no hooks on the wall or on the back of the bathroom door; nothing. We had to drape clothing over partially-open drawers of the dresser (you couldn't move around the room if they were open all the way).
A pretty obvious thing that one would need in a hotel room, no?

The place was awful. I booked it as a last minute thing since they were the only ones with open rooms, That should’ve been my first warning. They gave me a broken bed, the bed caved in down the middle almost firming a “V” shape. Just awful save yourself the time and money.

Gave this location another try after staying once before. Never again, prebooked our room. When we got there we were "greeted" by a rude man who stayed on the phone n ignored us for a few minutes, but when another customer came in he assisted him with no issues. When we got into our room there was a strange red stain on the bed..again. When there is not much to do in the area we just wanted to relax but the broken remote did not allow us to do so. Did not feel comfortable going back to the office since we felt like an inconvenience when arriving. Will not be back, do not recommend. There's a motel next door and across the street. I'll take my chances there next time.

Man look I’m learning that if ppl from India own or run the hotel and its under $100 it’s trifling, has an unwelcoming odor and they are going the security deposit will be the most insulting part of the stay….whoever giving these ppl business licenses and allowing them to occupy rooms when they are VISIBLY not sanitary or healthy to sleep in needs to be investigated, sued and jailed for neglect and fraud…I swear on my soul I’m talking to lawyers because between the hotels and hotels.com nobody takes accountability and they literally just milking consumers of their money like scamming investors I swear on my soul
