When we checked in, our first room had a non working bathroom. (Toilet issue) Then as we walked further into the room, we noticed our socks getting wet and the carpet was soaked…. I don't want to know why it was soaked.... Gross! We must have been in this room a total of 2 minutes with all these issues… Went to the front desk and they switched our rooms and I said I would like to speak to a manager. No problem they will be in at 1pm. Then 1:15, then tomorrow. So the next day I come down looking for a manager, then will be in tomorrow... Nothing done for us thus far.....

1st room had TV not working, we were moved to another room down the hall. This one had tv working but AC didn’t cool and we were sweating middle of the night. We arrived late in the evening and were too tired to again call front desk. 2nd time staying and experience was very different but will avoid next time.

Extremely clean - the breakfast was delicious and absolutely amazing, as well as the staff that would prepare and serve you were extremely accommodating and helpful. Very friendly and would go out of their way for you. Over an excellent hotel. This will be my forever hotel when in the area.

This place stinks! The hotel itself is fine but it is next to a Sewage plant. The smell of the sewage permeates the area including sometimes into the rooms itself.

The hotel is always amazing the staff Courteous & Friendly. One thing that was A Huge Surprise was that the Breakfast was Terrible. We stayed Many Many Times Never had this Bad Experience sadly to say.

I find Fairfield an amazing option and good price considering they offer breakfast. The staff is absolutely great and the manager is very friendly and helpful, I stayed at an older version of the rooms and found the room and bathroom could have been better cleaned.

The staff was awesome but my shower was not the cleanest and had hair in it and the bathroom mirror had not been cleaned. The location of hotel was great but my bathroom Om door was not noise proof I heard every door and noise in the hallway. The lining at the bottom of room door was half missing. I would stay here again because of the service and location.

This property was beautifully maintained. It was extremely clean and the staff was exceptionally kind. The breakfast was incomparable to most economy hotels. This was an extremely great value and I would 10 out of 10 recommend it.

Great Stay as Always! I reserve a room every time I’m in the Miami area @ this Fairfield Inn

No one at front desk for a while. Room was not cleaned thoroughly, carpet had several items on it, shower was moldy and a hair accessory was left in the shower. The air conditioning unit was extremely noisy. I checked in late and was exhausted or I would have not stayed there.
