We enjoyed our stay at Luna Blanca. Room was comfortable, food was good and the staff were helpful.

Our entire stay was amazing! We used the spa but noticed that the staff was not wearing masks during our 2 hour session. The spa experience was not as great as it could have been. They had children running around during the hammam and it was quite loud. The hotel and staff were incredible and all so friendly. Our room, the food, the pool and beach were all amazing. The one thing that needs upgrading is the WiFi. It kept going in and out and horribly slow. If you plan on doing some work on your phone or laptop, beware. Nonetheless, I would return and stay at this property again.

We stayed 3 days in the Luna Blanca. Caters mainly for the German market, but unlike some of the hotels along in Side, at least most of the staff could speak a bit of English. Very clean hotel with co-vid safety measures in place. Just a pity not everyone followed them, both staff and guests. Food in the restaurants was varied and of decent quality, however it sometimes took an age to get served from bored looking staff. There certainly wasn’t any noticeable queuing system in place in the restaurant and there didn’t really appear to be enough staff to keep on top of the cleaning of tables. Overall, it was a good experience and we are booked to go back at Christmas.

Friendly welcoming staff. Rooms are immaculate and comfortable. Bar and entertainment are good . Meal times are very busy so better to wait for the rush to be over and eat a little later .

Great place to stay, the hotel is 4 mins walk away from the private beech and well maintained. The service at the hotel is good, staff works hard to make your stay pleasant. The food selection can be seen as repetitive a bit. Overall, we (family of 4, two teens) had fun and would recommend this hotel.

We had amazing holiday staying at Luna Blanca resort, the cleanliness off the hotel was fantastic can’t fault it considering the covid virus loads of stations to clean your hands and the checks before you enter the hotel made us feel very safe.The food, drink and service by the staff was second to none.We will definitely be going back sooner than later that is for sure.

We have had the best possible service from all staff, especially from Guest Relations managers Elena Kotova and Altan Arkanli as well as from Front Office manager Sevket and dining room staff Ebrahim. As soon as I advised them that we had come to stay at their hotel to celebrate my wife’s birthday, they pulled out all stops to make it special for us. Sevket was so kind, he found us the best room available in the hotel at the time. We really appreciate that. Elena arranged for our table in the dining room to be decorated with flowers etc for my wife’s birthday and presented my wife with a special birthday cake from the hotel which was delivered with sparklers & candle with the waiters singing. Ebrahim in the dining hall was always happily at hand serving us with whatever we needed. Most of all we even had the benefit of the top boss Mr Mustafa who proactively checked on us to see if we were okay. When we finished our stay and left the hotel we realised that we might have left our mobile phone in the hotel. Altan went out of his way to check our room, the sofas in the reception area and even the left luggage room while I was on the phone to him! He even kept phoning us in Istanbul to update us on the search. The executive chef and even the Maitre D in the dining hall patiently explained to us which dishes were vegetarian as we are both vegetarians. Even Rozda from the Animation Team made us feel so very welcome by checking on us at least twice a day! Right from day one she made

The food really lets this place down the same dishes for a three courses and the food quickly taken away before the actual times stated on the welcome sheet. The quality of the food was very poor clearly catering for the German clientele. The Breakfast was probably the worse.

Great service, bedrooms and bathrooms could be bigger for the price paid. A sofa instead of an extra single bed in the room would make a pleasant look and feel.

From food to night activities, everything was great.

The hotel is nice, fresh and modern. Good facilities staff are friendly. Food is delicious and plenty, drinks and cakes always available. It’s brilliant we enjoyed it a lot.

It was amazing family vacation. I definitely recommend this hotel.

I was quite disappointed with this hotel, for starters, 1. it says it’s on the beach but you have to take a shuttle bus to get there 2. The staff are very rude!! 3. Service was poor, we asked for towels that took over 2 hours to come, and anything we Asked for took forever to get to us. 4. The air conditioning barely works, and it was 35 degrees! Very hot in the rooms! 5. You only get 1 beach towel a day that you have to pick up between 8-11 and return by 7pm 6. The hotel staff barely spoke any English which made it so hard to communicate 7. I think one of the worst aspects was that the mini bar guy or housekeeping, or room service would just knock once and then barge into the room...and this was every time!!! How can you just barge into someone’s room??? Not to mention they were always so loud it would wake my baby up!! I’ve stayed in many 5 star hotels around the world and this is by no means 5 star.

In my opinion this hotels is good place to stay but probably more so for families. Entertainment (out of which a lot is aimed for kids) finishes at 11:00. Many places outside the hotel were very quite too. Hotel beach is bit of a walk away so we have spent a lot of time next to the pool which is well kept and not too busy (In June) The staff dont speak English very well which was not great when asking for information or trying to resolve couple of minor issues. Having said that overall all was good. I would not recommend this place to a friend as it was not impressive enough for me to do so.

Nice amenities and fun for families/kids. - Good food and buffets, though limited late-night food. - Typical drinks that are mediocre. - Nice activities and 4 fun water slides with limited hours. - Only concern was that we arrived late and even though we stated that we would be four, only three beds we're available, and a cot was not set up. Then, it took the staff over an hour after telling the desk at check-in and making two more phone calls to get the cot to the room for the kids to sleep.

Very good hotel with good facilities. The food could be more varied, much the same every day. The reception should have had more people who speak English. The entertainment department was fantastic. Emrah and Ati and the girls in their team make our stay very pleasant. The photographer at the hotel was outstanding. Very nice stared.
