Nice and simple chalet near ski resorts. Nothing fancy but cute old feeling relatively new structures. Reception is not very responsive, the phone usually goes to voicemail, which was a little weak. Also, some services like laundry that was promised on ad were not available.

Beautiful getaway, clean and cozy. If you want be around nature surrounded with mountains and have peaceful time, there's not a better place.

I just couldn’t find hand washing liquid soap in the bathroom.

The chalets,the viewws and the amenities were amazing. 5/5 stars. The only complaint was we didn’t have any dishsoap in the washroom and even though we left a message at the front desk, it was not brought in. We ended up using the shampoo in the shower. So, communication and responsiveness is 3/5. Overall though, it was a veey nice and relaiing experience. The amenities are a little close to the highway, so therecan be some road noise during the rush hours but it wasn’t too bad.

It was raining whole time during our stay so we spent most of time inside the house. It was warm and had everything we needed. We also enjoyed hot spa while it was surrounded by snow hill on the back yard and raining outside

The 2 bedroom cottage was spacious with private hottub- Views from the cottage were fabulous. Kitchen had everything we needed. There was also a bonfire every night!

We stayed in the executive large house. We had a great stay but there are some things that could have made it better. Please upgrade the beds- they are not that comfortable and for the nightly price paid I would expect better quality. The Wifi did not work, one kitchen sink would not drain and was leaking as was the dishwasher. No deal breakers but these things should be taken care of. The kids LOVED having the pool and the property itself is wondering. Lots of space for having a large group.

False advertising for amenities as they are exclusively available for select cottages, with a big lack on emphasis on those amenities lacking in said certain cottages. When staff was informed about the disappointment, we were met with snarky remarks, insults, and even degrading comments on our intelligence. Absolutely mortified that this establishment is allowed to be in business with such employees. In kindergarten, we were taught respect and manners and I’d be surprised if the staff attended that kindergarten class.

We loved our cute little chalet. Even though it was close to the highway, it was quiet and easy to access the main road. With all the recent snowfall, I was happy that we weren't driving far on backroads to gain access. The chalet was decorated for Christmas and playing holiday music when we arrived. The hot tub was a wonderful surprise. It snowed a lot and our chalet was always shoveled out. We had plenty of space for our family of 5.

This has become a new Winter tradition with our close friends. The cabins are warm, clean and cozy. We pile up the car with board games, dvds and food and spend a wonderful weekend away. I have noticed that the kitchens may not be equipped with the same things. If you plan on cooking full meals consider bringing a few key utensils just in case.

Property was really nice lots of walking options, cabin was a great size for a family of 5. Staff very friendly and accommodating, we arranged for a late arrival and it was all handled very well. We were disappointed with the WiFi, the signal was weak and dropped frequently.

chalet is spacious , nice and clean bedsheets, amazing view .. Some suggestions: chalet needs to update it’s a lil old , bathrooms should have locks from inside , check stove(only 2 burners are working.. Dusty.. Overall we had a good time

Location is close to highway and noisy. What;s worse, In the summer, they host weddings in a wedding tent outdoor that is very close to the chalets and the music is pretty loud. That should not be allowed. They have enough land to put the wedding tent in a different area vs next to the chalets where people go to rest not to listent to loud music until 11-12 at night. Woud not recommend if you have other options for sure.

Right beside a busy and noisy highway.

The chalet was very quiet and clean and the location was private and quiet. It was on a golf course lake which was a bit different but the beach area was very pretty, well equipped and well maintained. Nice shallow lake perfect for small children

It was a clean and safe chalut, but there wasn't any shampoo or light blankets (as it was described) ,or enough dishes.

Great location, very close to Mont Tremblant. Cozy chalets. No snoobiles working yet. Didn't know before that only 3 of the 2 bedroom chalets have hot tub, chrck before hand. Furniture rather old. Ran too some issues with hot water on shower on second floor. Very weak Wifi signal. Overall, sweet place, kitchen well equiped, nice and warm.
