Short stay for business had two queen beds. Very comfortable. Nice bathroom beautiful lobby very helpful front desk.

We stayed overnight midway to our final destination. The room was clean but the television was broken. Looked like someone threw something at the screen. We got there late and I only used it for background noise so it didn’t bother us much. Would stay again.

The room was very clean and it seemed to be modern and kept up. We did have problems getting a hold of the front desk to try to get more towels since there were only 3 for a room that was booked for 6 people. That is my only complaint. Breakfast was good with a variety of choices. My husband said that the check in person was very nice.

The room was quite large with 2 queen beds and a queen sofa bed, fridge and microwave. 3 adults each had their own beds! The sofa bed was made up and opened up for our late arrival. Wonderful helpful desk staff. The only thing keeping me from giving 5 stars overall were: (1) the scrambled eggs were so overdone, they kept falling off of our forks; (2) The beds weren’t bad but a pillow top or foam bed would have been more soothing to my highway driving sore back.

Sue at the front desk went out of her way to help me when we were in a bind. Great customer service. The place was quiet and clean and had a decent breakfast. We would stay there again if needed.

Very friendly staff. Beautiful hotel. First class hot breakfast. We awoke refreshed and ready to hit the road on a long trip home. Tv was just okay. The bathroom was awesome as always for Springhill.

The hotel was generally okay. The pictures on Expedia looked nice, and the reviews mentioned that the rooms were clean and updated. However, when we entered the room, not all the lights were working. The shower handle was loose and not fully screwed in. The stand-up shower had black spots in the corners, and the towel bar was dirty. Additionally, the bathroom door handle was loose, and there was damage to the paint near the floor next to the standing shower.
On a positive note, the staff was very nice and accommodating, providing extra towels for my family.
I hope you can address these issues and upgrade the room for future guests.

It was nice. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast left something to be desired. The for was not fresh and very bland with lack of choices.

We frequently are in Mobile for business and visiting family. We stayed here a few years ago and decided to again. This will be our new stay while in Mobile. Love the roomy hotel rooms, good breakfast, great location, and service was great.
