This small hotel is very homely and in a great location in the centre of Valldemossa

Absolute gem of a hotel. Price was great for a very central, boutique hotel, super simple but delicious breakfast included and very good staff. Would absolutely go there again as an option in Mallorca.

This boutique hotel is in an excellent location in the heart of Valldemossa. The rooms are a good size with nice en suite facilities.

From the incredible service to the gorgeous rooms, we couldn’t recommend this place enough!

Good place to stay - just remember no parking!

After we had booked this property, we received a couple of email confirmations from Expedia. Neither had information about finding the property, checking-in or parking. As it turned out, we struggled to find the property given that it was up a hill and through a gate beside a cobblestone street which is difficult to access by car. Moreover, we learned from friendly local restaurant staff that there is no parking for cars in the city and that free parking is only available at cemeteries. Once we had found the property, the front-desk was not manned despite us arriving within normal check-in hours when it was supposed to be open. I called a number left on the window and was given instructions to open a keybox where I could access keys and check-in information. Only the next morning did we see a member of staff at the front desk, who immediately after greeting us asked for our passports. She obviously had no concern about the fact that we had actually had an awful night's sleep given that there was no air conditioning in the room. When my wife asked whether we could purchase some fresh orange juice - because we didn't want to pay the extortionate price of 15 EUR per person for their buffet breakfast - we were told that we couldn't just have orange juice separately. In short: improve customer service, install air conditioning and refurbish the rooms.

Up a back street, up more steps to an old townhouse of 14 bedrooms on three floors. The place has bags of character but is ‘tired’ and in need of work. The shower in our room on the top floor, whilst modern,suffered from bad water pressure and hence heating issues. The receptionist was the star of the show, very helpful, explained everything and was a real joy.

When I arrived (19:30) the hotel was closed although w/ lights. I had been travelling all day long, it was raining, then snowing and I had no umbrella (no roof to protect me).There was outside a tel number that I was phoning for 30' until someone answered and told me a code of a box where there was the key. They should have send me a mail / phone me to explain me that before. The hotel is very nice and cosy

Good Location, surprisingly quiet. Staff coped well with a family reunion with several small children.

Booked at last minute - a lucky find. Right in centre of town but down quiet street. V helpful staff, comfortable room and lovely breakfast.

I stayed for one night as part of a short road trip of Majorca. Valldemossa is a pretty small town which is very laid back and relaxing- the ideal place to 'mooch'!. The hotel was charming and sweet in its decor and offered everything that was needed. There were lots of nice little touches such as a candle lit in your room or a blanket for your knees in the evening. Definitely recommend and hope to return one day!
