The hot water never worked, the water was extremely cold , the steps were unsafe and fixtures etc looked incomplete, mosquitoes

Have stayed here before so knew what to expect. Good, basic room w kitchen facilities, well stocked. Very convenient to boatyard. Staff were excellent!

Location was our prime concern. Good value. Clean and safe. The staff...Bennette, Michael and Paulina were incredibly helpful and friendly. Having a kitchen with full fridge,stove,toaster,coffee maker ,kettle and cooking utensils was such a bonus. Although hot water is only available in the shower it was not an issue. The complimentary bottles of water were a nice touch.

I booked here for my quarantine while I waited for test results. The internet was fast, running about 40mbps, and it has a full kitchen. Kitchen had an apartment sized stove and oven, toaster, microwave, electric hot water kettle, a decent selection of plates and utensils and even a small bottle of dish soap. Bed was okay, space was clean. Only two minor things, 1) sautee pans had only 1"(25mm) sides and no lamp next to bed so you must navigate in the dark back to the bed after turning off lights. They were available 24/7 for bring deliveries to the room.

The people working were really nice and welcoming! They took really good care of me.

Very nice hotel...the staff is amazing...if they can provide it or locate something of need they will get it...the room was clean and no bugs like most island hotel may have...one thing I can say negative about the hotel is it's out dated...the furniture is old and needs to be modernized...honestly everything that was in my room can be considered trash...the hotel rates are fare...but still I would want to be in a nice bright attractive place. I can give the hotel a 3* because of the outdated room.

The hospitality shown by the manager , Mr Ramesh , Ms Glenda , the House Supervisor and Mr Dwayne , the all purpose custodian . Mr Ramesh was very accommodating and very understanding to our travel shortcomings !!! His generosity made our trip very comfortable !!! I would recommend CRA to everyone !!!!

On arrival I was greeted by the staff and Dr Sinclair. They made sure I was comfortable at check in and on an almost daily basis. My apartment was cleaned every day during the week and there was a laundry room that I had access to. The complex was gated withe someone present 24/7. I would definitely stay here again!

The apartments are very conveniently located, these are very spacious rooms with all emenities one would require on a short stay. The management makes a check everyday to ensure all guests are comfortable. Had a great stay and will definitely be returning in the future.

This is home away from home. The ambience is serene. amenities available and quite a comfortable place to enjoy quality moments

The proximity to everything, very accessible, owners and grounds staff are extremely helpful, very courteous people.

I liked the location. The apartment was clean. However, the decor was a bit much, especially in the bedroom.

Upon checking in i had to ask for the tv then they brought it even though the room advertise it coming with a tv i shouldn't have had to ask for it. The tv was outdated. Then the only time house keeping came was the day we were leaving. Everything is not as close as advertised.

Experience was average.. below average for first couple days.. gotten bit better after complaining..

Great stay. 10 second walk off main road / SGU bus stop (but also about a 10-15 minute walk to SGU True Blue campus). Quiet. Clean. Comfortable. Spacious. Always an attendant / gate guard who is friendly. Kind staff. Responsive to emails and phone calls. Marcus was present to greet me to unit and let give me a mini tour about unit and information about stay and contacts. One minor slip up, unfortunately taxi was not at airport to pick me up as supposed to. I used the phone outside the terminal to contact Marcus and then just got a regular cab to the property. Staff was very apologetic about mix up. When I needed a taxi for my early morning departure, they arranged it and was complimentary to make up for earlier mix up. This was very much appreciated.

there was one roab a big roach in the kitchen and the bed was hard as a rock
