Castlecroft is located right on the path to the castle. Our room was beautiful with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was fantastic and the host was very nice and helpful. Definitely would recommend and definitely would stay again.

Laura is such a thoughtful hostess. And the B & B is absolutely top notch! If ever in Stirling we would definitely go back for the warmth and friendliness and best coffee!

Laura and her daughter made us feel so welcomed! The rooms were FANTASTIC and ours had a great view of the King’s Knot. Her dinner recommendation of The Allen Park was perfect and the breakfast she cooked was excellent! Can’t recommend Castlecroft and Laura enough!!

What didn’t we like?! Amazing, beautiful property with gardens and flowers everywhere. Gorgeous room with all the touches of home. Our host, Laura, is so awesome. We felt like we were visiting a dear old friend. Such a comfy atmosphere, we were sorry to leave. Our best B&B experience above all. And right in the shadow of Stirling castle. Simply amazing!

Laura was the perfect host. The house is gorgeous and there is a high quality finish to everything in the house and the food. Breakfast was lovely with such a huge range of choice and the quality was amazing and Laura’s homemade bread was a great addition. This is the best guesthouse I’ve ever stayed in.

The owner Laura was wonderful and made our stay very enjoyable. Our room had a lovely little garden patio, it was clean, comfortable and everything we needed was in the room. Breakfast was made to order which included homemade bread, very yummy. This B & B is located just a short walk to the old town, castle and restaurants.

This is the best place we have ever stayed. From start to finish, Laura did everything possible to make our stay the best it could be. We had complimentary tea, coffee and biscuits in the lounge on arrival which was most welcome after the long drive. Our room with private patio was just beautiful with everything we needed provided. Everywhere was spotless and extremely comfortable and breakfast just perfect. The house was both convenient for the sights of Stirling and for peace and quiet. We cannot recommend this guest house highly enough. Thank you Laura, we will be back.

Could not recommend this guest house more. Exceptional place to stay,the service was excellent and if you need a great breakfast before your day starts then this is the place for you. It's perfectly placed for an easy walk to the town and a short one hour from loch Lomond and the beautiful trosechs. If I go back to Stirling I will be asking to come back to castle croft.

Laura was a great host and cooked us an excellent breakfast. The room was nicely decorated and homely. A great location for visiting the castle or Stirling. We used it as a stop off on our way further North which it was perfect for. Would certainly stop again.

I liked everything about this B&B. The room was beautiful with gorgeous views. There was a very spacious lounge area for guests. The host Laura was the lovliest and most accommodating host who went out of her way to make your stay welcoming and pleasant.

I give Castlecroft my strongest recommendations! The place is so incredibly cozy and welcoming. I really felt like a princess staying with Laura <3 She gave excellent recommendations and is just such a lovely person in general <3

Our hostess Laura is absolutely wonderful! She is warm, friendly and very helpful. We arrived a couple of hours before check-in time but Laura warmly welcomed us in and offered us coffee, tea and snack; and showed us how to walk to the castle, where to get dinner. The property is very clean, lovely and homey. We spent some time just hanging out on the couch in the family room. There is also a small garden outside of our room. Breakfast was great, it is cooked to order and has a very good selection of food. Walking distance to Stirling Castle by taking a nice trail from the property. Also can walk to Stirling town where there're plenty of restaurants and shops. Laura has a local map that she can show you how it works.
