We made our reservation months ago. Received emails the week before with information about check in. Arrived at 5:30pm on day of check in. Clerk informed us that someone called the morning of around 7am and cancelled our reservation. We did not cancel it. I asked for a cancellation number as my reservation still showed active in my account. Clerk could not provide a cancellation confirmation number, the name of the person who cancelled our reservation nor the phone number of the person who cancelled our reservation. I asked to speak to the manager and one was not on duty. Clerk texted the manager and the manager informed her to give us phone numbers for other hotels but would not rebook us. No other rooms available in the area and we ended up having to go an hour and half out of our way to get a room. I continued to receive automated emails from the hotel regarding checkout. I seriously question the security of my information by if someone is able to cancel my reservation unbeknownst to me. Tried reaching out to the manager built no responses. Reservation from last night still shows confirmed.

Breakfast was a true breakfast and had many good items to choose from (carbs and proteins). They didnt have fresh fruit, but lots of other hot and cold choices. Everything was clean and our bedroom was quiet. We enjoyed the hot tub and cooling off in the pool. The bed was great and the mattress felt new. I slept great.

Place is clean, just counter staff was never there, usually found at the end smoking. Breakfast was lacking. Had eggs, sausage and tortillas as the hot breakfast. No cheese or any toppings

Super clean hotel!! Young lady at the desk was so friendly and helpful. Bed was comfy, room was perfect. A restaurant/bar right across the parking lot had great food and drinks for us weary travelers after our 12 hour drive.

Very clean, standard hotel room. Fairly traditional breakfast options. Large pool and hot tub, nice to have kid hours ending at 10 and adult hours until 12 for the pool area.

Room was nice and clean. King bed was rock hard. Pull out soda bed was awful. About the only thing you could feel were the springs and it gave almost no support. Front desk helped me out by giving me two comforters to fold over and make sort of a topper. It was a 10 and 16 year old sleeping on it so they slept ok after that. No way an adult could use it.
