Breakfast buffet was made exceptional by the most welcoming and helpful staff member. She was very positive and kind person who worked non stop to keep the area well supplied and perfectly clean. I noticed she had the same kindly manner toward all the guests as they attended the brunch regardless of age or ethnicity. She was quick to help pickup and remove dirty dishes or dropped items. She really never stopped working but smiled and spoke a little to each person.

The luggage cart was broke, no thermostat in our room so had to move, right next to laundry, and the water wouldn’t drain in the tub

We drove down to Grand Forks for the day, but decided last minute to stay overnight instead of driving home in the dark. We didn’t bring an overnight bag so when we checked into the hotel we asked if they had any toiletries. They were able to provide almost everything we needed.
The beds were comfortable, the shower head had many settings and we had plenty of towels.
The breakfast that is included with your stay was great and had lots of choices.
We didn’t have any pets, but there was water and treats for anyone who did bring their dog along.
Would stay here again.

Maybe need housekeeping to be more careful. There was a used towel on the back of the bathroom door and dried on, I think, pizza sauce on the nightstand I cleaned off. I could also see splash marks on the toilet seat that I had to wipe off with antibacterial gel. The soap in the shower was empty. It was really disappointing. We have stayed before without issues. I would have said something at checkout but no one was around... Just the key box.

This hotel is not that old but rooms are worn and tired looking. Most of the room furniture & lamp shades were damaged. Bed seemed to be clean. The front desk staff were nice and professional but the breakfast area is filthy. Tables were not cleaned very well and flies landing on your plate. Likely because the auto doors stay open too long, sometimes without people going through. Its hard to feel comfortable eating when you don't want to touch anything.

Pool and hot tub definitely needs cleaning and attention. Breakfast was satisfactory first day. 2nd day was not good. Cleaning staff 1st day were wondering and helpful. Day 2 she unfortunately didn't speak English to understand my simple request. However her partner on the floor did. The bathroom was obviously meant for a handicapped individual. Wasn't suitable for our needs. The shower was hand held to accommodate someone needing to reach those special places. Unfortunately i didn't know if the shower was disinfected and i was a little uncomfortable. And my toilet internal plunger was not functioning properly. I was able to fix it to stop it from further leaking myself. Was a one time experience.

Our stay was a quick overnight enroute. The staff were friendly. The room was comfortable and pet friendly. Would definitely recommend.

I love having a quiet pool, during the day, to take my two year old grandson to. Also the delicious hot breakfast definitely adds to the value of the already-reasonably-priced rooms. Enjoy staying here, each time I travel to Grand Forks.

The bathtub stopper in the drain wouldn't stay open. The TV didn't work. The AC/Heat didn't work. Told front desk and nothing happened. Maybe the next folks will get things fixed.

Free breakfast was horrible tasting food served on styrofoam plates. They were out of butter, had sausage patties absolutely swimming in grease. Disposable plates are so wasteful.
Beds were so hard that we left a day early. Police were there dealing with a disturbance. Overall not a good experience and wouldn’t stay there again mainly because of the beds.

The room smelled like dog pee and harsh chemicals. I asked not to be placed on the dog floor and later found out that I was. My son had to sleep in a drenched wet pull out couch the first night. We had no house keeping for 5 days. She came one day and I asked her to come back in the afternoon and she never did. The hallway coming out of the elevator smelled horrible the entire time. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 star because the front desk girl did the best she could with a positive attitude. The hotel was sold out and was very busy. I recommend spending a little more money for a hotel that does not cater to dogs.

Was very impressed. We had a little bit of issues with the ac and in a heat wave needed it, they helped out and fixed it immediately. It was very clean and staff were good!

So I am up there for UND move in and it is the second property I have stayed at, both places shades of drab browns, but clean and a little worn. Breakfast was average with spicy chicken nugget on the last day we were there. On our way home, we stopped at a Holiday Inn in Eau Claire, and it was bright and cheery. It had an outdoor space with a fire pit and grills, and great pillows. It was $80 cheaper than ND.

We were there for the first night of the Zach Bryan concert. We called early Sunday morning to see about an early check in and they told us that most likely it wouldn’t be an option. Which was fine we just wanted to head over to the venue sooner. We got to the hotel around 2 and decided to just ask if they were able to check us in then and they were great! They said room service worked really hard to get people in early! We were super appreciative! The front desk was so kind and helpful! I wish I got their name because by far the best hotel front desk service I’ve ever received! Would stay at this hotel again for sure!

I was attending a two day workshop in Grand Forks and I would certainly consider staying here again. It's convenient, well maintained, and the staff was professional. Nice breakfast and it was a great property.
