Owners were very nice. Other cabins looked very charming but ours was definitely in the "value" category. It was next to a dilapidated Class A motorhome and several non-functioning cars/trucks. Hot water in bathroom sink but could not get past a chilled shower temp. Floors were uneven to walk on. Wi-Fi was weak/slow due to distance from office I assume. DVD player stopped working and there is no television. Heater was an antique! None of these were deal killers for us though as the bed was comfortable and the cabin was free of drafts. Coffee maker worked as did the small dorm frig.

Delightful basic lodging for families or couples. Just down the road from Seward but worth the drive.

Bad view from the front porch. Old cars etc. Other unoccupied cabins were much better. Could have switched us but didn’t offer. Good price. Overall 4 stars.

Was a great and affordable place to stay after a day in Seward. Restaurants are walkable, cabin is quaint.

The stay was ok. The cabins are overpriced. Our cabin was so small and it didn’t even have a fan. Literally no space for a proper table.

Very rustic, missing a few amenities to be a good stay for more than a day or two. Very peaceful green setting and front desk was friendly.

Cabin had a deck with wonderful view. Ammentities were great. Room was clean.

The host were very hospitable and friendly. They made us feel like part of their family. Location is very well situated and only 30 minutes from Seward.

The property is in a great location off the main road with easy access to Seward. The cabins are adorably decorated in a rustic motif with wild flowers everywhere and a stream that runs along the property. The cabin was clean and great for families. The owners are very sweet. I highly recommend.

The cabin is exactly what we were looking for and more. Comfortable beds, clean and tidy. The host was friendly and it was nice that there was everything you would need to have a coffee as you sit on the porch to enjoy the view!

There was NOTHING I was unhappy with. The cabin was immaculate, the staff was helpful, courteous, and accommodating! This is a rustic setting, but perfect for what we wanted, and I would 10/10 stay here again!

Quiet and comfortable

This was a comfortable stay and worked great for a central location in the Kenai Peninsula. This was mainly a place for us to clean up and sleep as we were active every day. Perfect for our needs.

We arrived extremely late and they waited up for us which was nice. They did change our cabin we had originally selected without telling us. We accidentally forgot to say we had two small children with us on the Expedia app but we did select the right number of beds. They switched our cabins which only had 1 full size and one twin when originally we had a cabin with one full and two twins. If I remember correctly, we were supposed to be in cabin 1 and they switched the cabin to six. Other than that it was a good short stay.

We loved Janet and Chris! They welcomed us into their homes and fed us a nice pancake breakfast and we even got some Alaskan Bacon... Moose steaks. Hosts were very friendly. We highly recommend these cute cabins!

Very comfortable rustic cabin. Great alaska experience!

The cabin was comfortable. It was 'quaint' / 'rustic', but still suited our purposes. Wi-Fi is available. There is no CATV or cellphone coverage. While the location is farther from Seward than I thought when I booked the cabin, it was not a big problem. It is about 30 minutes to town. That was with significant road construction going on, which included periodic road closures.

This was the best place we stayed in Alaska. We had a few cabins for a family vacation and it was perfect for us.

Hosts were wonderful!
