This is really a motel and shouldn’t call it Inn and Suite. I paid way too much for this stay. I should just stay at Motel 6 without paying extra. The place is close to the railway so it is very noisy and our room is next to the street which didn’t help at all. I couldn’t come back to this place !

This is an older hotel that could use some renovation. The hallways and lobby are a bit worn. The rooms, however, are nice and comfortable. Clean and well furnished.

Check in was good, room was good, but check out not good. I paid for 1night in most expensive room, paid $100 deposit, lady checked the room and said she could only give me $50 back cuz there was damage. 1 towel had dirt, 1 towel had a smidge of makeup, bedspread had dime size cherry juice. Nothing bleach wouldn't take care of.
I'm a housekeeper at a local motel and I left the room in very good condition. I 'am pretty upset. Damage means destroyed, unusable. This was not the case. Everyone should bring their own towels and blanket if they stay here.

I loved the customer service from the hotel staff. I love the privacy and location. I would have stayed longer but sadly they do not allow pets.

The night we stayed there seemed to be alot of people coming and going and the doors slam. Also, there is not carpet on the floors and we could hear everything going on above us. No fault of the hotel, the trains run alot during the night.

The room itself was not bad, appeared to be clean and the room we had was large with a small sink, fridge and microwave area. Biggest downsides the bed was horrible, and there was constant freight trains going close by all night (not the hotels fault but not a great location). Outside the room the hotel itself seemed a little run down, and the area around the hotel didn’t come across as the safest.

Jacuzzi room was great staff was nice a few tweakers around the area but the stayed in there own lane a lil sketchy but overall a good experience close to down town and everything we love we will be back

We got to our room amd the windows were all open (40 outside). The heater took forever to heat up.
Check out was 11 am. At 10:30 we get two phone calls and no one answered then they came to the room. She was rude and told me she call 2 times and i didn't answer, but i did. I slso let her know check says 11 not 10:30.

I booked a room for one evening. Called the hotel to let them know I was unable to make it because i ended up having to work. They had me call Expedia to cancel the room. Never got an answer from them. Now im out the money paid for the room.

The property is very old. It’s very very clean, but the bed gave me a backache. No breakfast or coffee in the lobby. Coffee maker in the room did not work.

The place is way outdated. They do not clean the hot tubs. Soon as you turn on the jets the water gets very murky. I had to refill the tub 3 times before it stoped. There are homless people living all around the outside of the property. I would not book this place with kids, it is not safe. This is not a family friendly property. If you want a good nights sleep do not get a room on west side of the building. It is right next to the freeway.

I checked in late at night after a terrible day. I was told that I would get back my deposit after I checked out of $50, it was supposed to be a refunded cleaning deposit after the inspection of the room. Check out is at 11 am. I asked to extend it to 12 and was told I would have to pay $20 dollars! After for several days and I did not get that deposit back I called the hotel and was told I would only be getting half of it back because I’ve damaged two towels in my room. All I did was wipe my makeup off before I went to bed, this should easily wash out in the washing machine… If they are using the correct, laundry soap? After the hotel is already over price for what you get to not get back, my deposit was absolutely infuriating and ridiculous.

Spring beds need updated, broken floor tiles in the bathroom are sharp , daily and nightly train that goes by. Nice staff, too expensive for what it was
