Cannot recommend this hotel enough. The service, room, view, food and spa. Rooms were very spacious and clean. Room was made up each day. Special mention to Sabrina on the cooking station at breakfast and the kind lady who cleaned our room each day(223). Both were so very friendly and just genuinely made our stay even better.

I booked a family holiday as I don’t see my daughter that often as she lives in London. We wanted quality time together as we have had a terrible time with brain tumour diagnosis, cancer diagnosis and altzheimers’ diagnosis for our parents.
Croatia is beautiful! Srebreno is a quiet spot which is well placed for visiting nearby Dubrovnik, Cavtat and much more!
The hotel is modern and spotlessly clean. I chose this hotel based on reviews, location and the amenities it provided. We could not fault the amenities in the room and the rest of the hotel. The spa and gym were excellent and we all made good use of them.
We didn’t eat in the hotel restaurant apart from breakfast and some poolside snacks. The breakfast was varied and plentiful, I think the coffee machines were sparse. It would be better if there were more. Also, they do come round with filter coffee but would be nice to be offered latte, capuchino at the table. The cups could be bigger too!
Staff at breakfast were great and the staff servicing the rooms and in the spa were fantastic. Staff around the pool not as attentive. The hotel has a couple of negatives, I paid for three rooms and couldn’t afford extra too for sea view. The rooms above the road and entrance are so noisy!!! Not nice to sit on the balcony or indeed have the balcony door open. It would have been nice to be offered an alternative room when I mentioned this, my daughter brought it up and they moved her but not my partner and I or my son.

I had an issue with leaving an important medication in the refrigerator. They were extremely helpful in getting it to me at my next stop. I was very appreciative of that and it showed the true colors of that hotel.

Too far from the old town if you don’t have a car…we had a few Ubers cancel on us on the return journey early evening. Ruth, guest relations manager is amazing, as is Ivana, the concierge.

Perfect location, short drive away from Old Town. Area itself had nice restaurants and bars. Beach was on the doorstep and lovely. Hotel staff were brilliant.

Very nice hotel by the sea, great layout (seems smaller than it actually is), most staff very friendly and service-minded, nice restaurants.
We had a small mishap when checking in as we got two rooms of a different category than we had reserved. To begin with the staff on duty couldn’t or wouldn’t do anything about it, but after the first night everything was resolved by the hotel manager to our satisfaction. Hence, we would go again.

Amazing hotel with the most amazing sea view from our two rooms. Beach is rocky but we loved that there was no messy sand. The buffet breakfast was great every morning. The property and surroundings are beautiful. We would stay here again. Highly recommend.

Superb hotel complex, wonderful staff and a comfortable and spotless room. The only thing I would say was the breakfast buffet was excellent, the €46 pp evening buffet in the main restaurant was not so great, but there are plenty of other places to eat. We are keen to return, great stay overall.

Great hotel in a fabulous location. We really enjoyed our stay at the Sheraton but only gave 4 stars due to the prices for food which was okay but not worth the prices and drinks in pool/beach bar which were expensive, with cockails in small glasses and often half foam.

Had an amazing stay last week, second time I've stayed here. It is a lovely hotel, close to the old town (5-10 mins in an Uber) but far enough away to not be in the thick of the tourist activity in the old town. Hotel was so quiet, lots of facilities and located in a lovely bay with other bars and restaurants.

This hotel and the bay in which it is situated are absolutely beautiful. My husband and I weren’t feeling the best upon arrival, and the staff were extremely accommodating and their customer relations manager checked on us throughout our stay to ensure we were feeling better. We could not fault the service and facilities. We would definitely stay again and recommend to everyone visiting Dubrovnik.

Lovely property. Great facilities. Rooms are lovely, great access to the beach and bars outside.
One downsides to report are the evening food in the main restaurant - it’s really poor. For €35 highly recommend avoiding abd going outside to one of the local restaurants.
Gym is also very old and equipment is massively outdated. If you’re looking to use the gym it will be a disappointment.
The hotel itself is generally super, views and location is fabulous just a few down points where they can easily improve.
