We loved this hotel and would come back. Staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. The room was clean, comfortable, and offered many amenities.

Everything was very pleasant. The location was beautiful and walking distance to many great shops, restaurants, theater, etc.

124 on Queen is a great location for everything- spa, restaurants, shopping, shows. Starbucks is attached to lobby and small grocery store is next door.

Beautiful accommodations (and given the small and inconspicuous entry on Queen Street, a surprise in terms of space, size, Zen Garden at the back of the property!) Great to have access to EV charge stations in parking garage. Happily found all staff to be friendly, helpful and professional.

Outstanding place, our room was up to date and had everything we needed. The Spa was a relaxing afternoon with very nice people. Great parking included in the price. All shops within walking distance as well as the river and the lake. We just retired from the hospitality business and this place knows how to deliver.

Fabulous service, thank you for the 40th birthday upgrade to a suite! Loved it so much! Food at both restaurants was amazing. The spa, massage and circuit was great too!

One night stay purchased for my parents while they were in town for a play at the Shaw festival. They had a balcony and said it was a beautiful room. Worth the price

A five star hotel. Very well managed. Just be prepared for lots of tourist activity around the hotel since it is on the town's Main Street.

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend in Notl at 124 Queen. The only thing was the $30 per day we didn't use! That wasn't very pleasant to be charged for. Very walkable and great area!

I do not recommend the spa. Did not have a pleasurable moment at all and feel for price and experience this, invest in another. Small. Loid

Room was quiet, and clean. Beds were really comfortable. In room coffee and tea selection was available. Onsite spa was easy to access and provided a number of services at reasonable prices. Underground parking was a plus. We ate breakfast at the Treadwell restaurant and would highly recommend. Everything we needed was within walking distance. Would definitely stay at 124 again

Beautiful rooms Great location

It was a centrally located within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. What we didn't like. We checked in late (7pm) for a one night stay on a Monday night (aug 12), we were tired and wanted something to eat at the hotel's restaurant. The hostess was totally not accommodating and advised that we must have reservations, and that she could make one in 1 hours time. We were disgusted with this type of treatment and chose to visit another restaurant nearby. Considering the high room rates and the reputation the hotel is trying to uphold, we expected that we would be given better service by the hostess. This employee should have situational and emotional intelligence, as they are acting as the fact of the hotel services. Everything else (check in, room, etc) was ok, considering the cost of the room.

124 on Queen is a gem. Everything is finished to a very high standard and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to even the most discerning travelers

The staff were exceptionally efficient in answering any questions we had and were very friendly. We had a great stay and would definitely come back.

Wonderful service! Room was very comfortable with lots of amenities…great balcony over the courtyard with delicious smells from the restaurants below! Complimentary shuttle to winery was a bonus!

124 on Queen is a beautiful property, right in the heart of Niagara-on-the-Lake so walkable to shops and dining. Although we didn't use it, there is a large private patio at the back with gas fire pits. Our room was only accessible by stairs but others in the main building can be reached by elevator.

A nice facility, though a heavy rain storm caused a dripping water leak from the ceiling and the plumbing drains gurgled all night.

Top notch hotel in every way imaginable. would love to go back someday and spend more time!
