The staff was not helpful. Only one person working at the reception and the restaurant so had to wait a very long time

The hotel was walking distance to everything, staff was very nice, room was clean and area was safe. Parking and breakfast included was very appreciated.

Perfect location, very close to the sanctuary, apparition site/chapel. Every staff were very nice, polite, respectful & helpful. Breakfast buffet was good, tiny pasteis de nata to enjoy :)

We had a lovely 2 nights stay in this hotel. We attended the evening rosary and candlelight’s processions and it’s just walking distance from the hotel. Breakfast is ok which is included in our stay. Food in the restaurant is quite pricey.I’m glad my request was granted our room balcony is overlooking the Sanctuary. The only thing I was not happy about was that when they give us the key to go to our room at around 5pm on our check in day our room was not clean yet. I was totally shocked when I entered the room it looks a mess. But the hotel lady apologised with sincerity. The staff of the hotel are all friendly & accommodating.I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Fatima.

Nothing much, our room were cleaned oftenly after complaining about not cleaning our room. The Belgium guy there at the receptions and later one are very interested people and lovely.

I picked this place because my last experience was good but this time was horrible. First check in no info about masses nothing ! Then room was dirty, phone in room wasn’t working, tv wasn’t working , toilet kept running so they moved me another room . All nights I stayed I was woken up midnight and 7 am ! So I had no sleep , paid good money for hotel , won’t come back. They offer a free breakfast and did apologize but , when u can’t sleep then I was done . Call it “ bad luck “ . Just wasn’t impress , I felt like was because I didn’t have fancy clothes or bc I had backpack , let’s give her worse we got. That’s how I felt!! Daughter of the owner was super nice though.

It was very close to the sanctuary of Fatima . What I didn’t like was Wi-Fi was not good and also being bother by housekeeping I think they should know when guest are in the room because when we go out we leave the keys at the reception.

I like the quietness of the area, good area to meditate and wellbeing, loved the arthitectual buildings nice place to walk and excercise, staff were very nice and friendly, and was able to converse in english, my only issue was that there were no kettle or tea cup in the room on arrival, i wanted to make tea. however the receptionist did lend me one, but it would be nice to have had one in the room on arrival. i would definately visit again.

This hotel is clean, welcoming and very convenient to a stay in Fatima. The restaurant was exceptional and reasonably priced. We loved the experience there.

The customer service was excellent ! The kitchen was closed when I arrived, and the staff was able to accommodate us anyway, and with no issues at all.
