Great property to relax and enjoy nature. The cabins were well appointed for the most part. Our cabin was updated and well decorated except the bathroom. It had old 1970s cabinetry and shower. The shower head was rusted and small. Since our stay was brief, it wasn’t a big deal, but would’ve preferred a fully updated cabin for a longer stay. The breakfast basket is such a nice touch especially since grocery is a little far. The staff is helpful and welcoming. Inspite of the rain, the staff still made Easter fun for the kids. Kudos to the young lady who gave us a tour of the animal sanctuary. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. This is a great place for a family getaway!

We loved our stay at Bandy Canyon. The views and nature sounds were incredible and the staff was very friendly. We will be coming back soon!

I loved this property! It is so unique. I will definitely come back. The hot tub is so nice under the stars. Enjoyed the fire pit and s’mores. The property was beautiful to walk. The rental area is so beautiful. The Pelican room is very nice for a movie. They give you a generous breakfast. Just all around wonderful

Just got back from an overnight stay at the cottage. Beautiful area, surroundings among nature. The cottage was warm and comfy, and clean. We had a balcony to ourselves and ample space for the 2 of us. However, when it came to dinner time, the restaurant on site was CLOSED. We looked up numerous "nearby" places but none would deliver due to the resort either being too far away or closed for christmas holiday.NO FOOD DELIVERY available to this resort! We called reception who was very nice and gave us the gate number to allow any deliveries in however it was fruitless as nothing was available nearby. We also had an issue with the AC but the receptionist was very helpful and came immediately to help us out. Hubby and I ending up eating from the breakfast basket for dinner. This basket was provided to us at check in (around 3pm the day before). This could be due to the christmas holiday but make sure to see if the on site restaurant is available before you go or you will lack any dining experiences from being at this resort. I wish i had packed food from home or gotten it otw to the resort to store in the fridge. Overall a well recommended place & a would stay again!

Perfect place for us to stay. The breakfast basket was awesome and the cottage was quiet which is what I was looking for and perfect for my dog to explore on our walks. Will definitely come again when I'm in Escondido again

The property was amazing place was well-kept and very nice. awesome for photos only poor thing is the bathroom and shower could use an upgrade very old and a little dirty. other than that the place is amazing and will be back.

Everything was great! Friendly staff, clean and comfortable house, a huge pool! A few BBQs with clean utensils! The area is big and neat. Highly recommended! Can’t wait to visit again!

Great concept beautiful grounds wish more was open like pool bar or restaurant. Patio furniture was a bit dirty. Would definitely return!

Cute ranch for a retreat getaway. Pool is available, nice walking trails, greenery to soak it all in, and a firepit to hangout with friends. Overall, a pleasant experience.

The property was quiet and the cabin is very nice. The surroundings are also very nice. It rained a lot during our stay but I would stay again. The only thing is I hoped they served breakfast rather than giving us a breakfast basket.

The property was absolutely beautiful. Listening to the running water from the creek was calming. Accommodations were spotless. Definitely coming back!

So beautiful, photos don't do it justice. Private, peaceful, elegant while also rustic. Much better than typical borig hotel or resort.

The place is absolutely cute, well once you get there. At first we were a little afraid because we drove past fields and no human in sight, but once we found it, drove past the gates, it felt like a getaway resort.

Our stay was great, no issues or complaints. Diego at the front desk provided excellent service!
