M Place is a good place to stay in Pattaya if you are looking for a place away from Beach Rd. As an older building it is without a lift so if you’re a traveller with a heavy bag and you are given a room on the 5th floor be ready to haul your bag up narrow stairs. Wifi was excellent and I found the room clean and comfortable but a little tired. My only negatives is that the shower in my room - although having a heater - was cold and the pressure unsatisfying. Couldn’t wait to get to my next hotel for a decent, refreshing hot shower. Also, in reference to the building getting a little tired - the shower curtain in my room definitely needed replacing being black and mouldy at it’s base - details like this either have people coming back or not. Overall I enjoyed my stay but the lack of a decent shower just had me move on. The older couple that are custodians of the property are lovely people and you’re just a 15min walk to the beach. Recommend but be aware it has its shortcomings.

Perfect place for the Price.

Beautiful, big and spacious room. The bed was super comfy and the big desk with LAN cable was perfect to work from. The host was great and very helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel and will book to stay here again in future.

Friendly staff very helpful

This was my second time staying here. I chose to stay here again because the staff is extremely friendly, kind and easy going. The room is always super clean and has everything I need to enjoy my time in Pattaya. The room is quite large and there is a large TV, dishes and plates, a table and comfortable chairs to eat and relax, a large bed, closet space with hangers, and a hot shower. I really enjoy the quite and private back entrance because it really feels like you have your own apartment rental. I am staying here again because the room is great, staff is great, and location is peaceful and safe and it is off the crazy tourist part of Pattaya. There are lots of street food vendors, bars, restaurants and 7-11. Also there are many places to visit around. I really enjoy staying here! Thank you!!!!!!:)))

It felt more like an apartment room then a hotel. It was very “homey” feeling. I will stay there again. The hotel and neighborhood grow on you a lot. It is a little away from all the craziness of Pattaya City. It is more local style and the staff is very friendly. The back street entrance makes it feel more like an apartment room. The room is very clean and the bed is very comfortable. The TV is very big and has lots of channels. There are dishes, utensils and bowls to use as well as a microwave. Great for buying food and bringing it back to the room to eat. Everything is great! Thank you!

Magnificent accommodation and first class service.Hotel manager is an excellent representation of every thing that hospitality should be. from the excellent service the rooms appointments and cleanliness with attention to details bank first class I love most present surprise in a country of beautiful people and amazing experiences . Excellent again

Its location is quiet. The occupancy rate is low and i found this helped. Room services are Good. The rates are up and down a little bit, but you can manage to get a reasonable rate if you look around. I have extended my stay, so that speaks for itself.

No lift bur as pensioners were given an upgrade to a lower floor.

M place is far enough away from the centre to be a nice quiet area and 200m takes you to a bhat bus stop 10 minute ride to walking st maids in every two days and keeps the room clean and not intrusive in the slightest i was very happy with my stay

Top floor room was hot, furthermore aircon can not cool down well, because of luck of cooling gas. room was clean and soft towel was good.

Fantastic - most comfortable bed I have slept in Thailand. The room is spotlessly clean, modern, excellent WiFi , Sat TV . Arrived 9am was shown and given room straight away. Friendly staff ,helpful and speak English. I will stay there again as I know of nowhere better. Only problem which did not effect us was no lift. Has fridge , microwave and kettle. 7- 11 end of road ,plenty of eateries and Big C less than 10 minute walk , Pattaya Klang so easy access to Baht Bus. Plenty of motorbike taxi just up the end of Soi.

Small, quiet, cheap hotel, but with a warm welcome. The staff is very kind. The bedroom was very clean, and with usual accommodations for this type of hotel. There is a lot of little restaurants, bars and 7/11 not far from the hotel, also a bigc. I highly recommend it.

Room was cozy and had everything you need. Sink and dishes in room. Only downside it there was no lift and being on the 5th floor with luggage was a pain. It was difficut for tours to pick you up because It’s located down a small alley and the lobby closes at 7 and doesn’t reopen by the times the tours come to pick you up. After the lobby closes you have to use the back entrance so it gets confusing for rides. Great rooms though.

The owner was outstanding and went the extra mile to help me with an issue.
