No traffic noise.

Comfortable bed, hot shower and close to all facilities in Colac.

I liked the cleanliness of the room and the modern decore. Unfortunately the split system did not put out a lot of heat in the room even though it was on 30, so it may need to be checked.

Overnight stop- older style rooms.Clean,comfortable bed.Ate at hotel bistro- good country food.Convenient location.

Always stay here for work, pleasant and surprisingly quiet.

Location central, value for money was probably a little pricey being a rodeo on in the city, which caused a lot of drunken people gathering outside our rooms drinking creating a lot of noise after 3am, no security on duty, which in itself was disappointing, got a half hearted apology from staff upon checkout, it’s a little late we got no sleep. Had rang the hotel to inform them at 3am to which they said they were “responding”, quite concerning for my wife who was worried our car was going to get damaged. I was ready to go outside in my undies and tell them all to move on but you don’t know what people are on these days.

Staff were friendly and courteous. Food was delicious and located near other amenities

The hotel was a great location for our business trip. Hotel was clean and suited our purposes.

CC is central, no ensuite, old country hotel. Good sleep, no interruptions or problems and close to food outlets.

Very accomodating and welcoming. Walking distance to town centre and botanical gardens

Shared bathroom was a bummer, condition of bathrooms was early Alcatraz. Reception personnel were ineffective at providing directions to the room. Condition of the hallways & common areas was pathetic. After seeing the room, we tried to secure accommodations elsewhere; nothing to be found.

Room and hotel with depressing atmosphere, you can clearly see the age. A lot of big fat crickets in the rooms and facilities, staff gave som Raid-ex after asking for it. Unfortunately the only room available during our trip along the Great Ocean Road. Wouldn't come again.

Let me start by being clear: we stayed in the old building - the units out the back are probably quite nice, and I am not talking about those in any way. The room itself was small and very basic, which is fine, but the mattress and pillows should have been thrown out years ago. There are shared toilets/showers at the end of the hall, and these were not in a very good state - we both decided we would probably feel cleaner if we skipped showering that day. The room also looked very unsecure - I was able to lock the window before we went out looking for a meal, but the door looked like a child with a library card could probably easily gain access. I was worried that guest traffic to/from the bathrooms, as well as any late night partying, would keep us awake all night, but to everyone's credit I hardly heard anything all night.
