I would stay here again. Pleasantly surprised.

We were pleasantly surprised by this property. We thought this was a motel and didn't expect much. The property was very well managed. The suite has a separate bedroom with two beds and a small kitchen and a dining table. It felt like an Airbnb. The suite was very clean. The only issue was the room was quite warm and we couldn't find a way to lower the room temperature. We had to leave the window open to let the cool air in.

Enjoyed our stay here. Unfortunately we checked in late so did not get to appreciate the serene and peaceful surroundings. The next morning woke up and went down to the dock.

We got this spot last minute on Labour Day weekend!!! We very surprised at how beautiful the rooms are, very clean, with an amazing Lake view. The property is so beautiful and well maintained, I would wait this place a 20/10😀😀😀😀 Thank you for accommodating us at the last minute. Will will definitely return again!

Took the grandkids to Santa's Village in Bracebridge and really enjoyed staying at this property. Being on the water the kids were able to throw out a fishing rod, play on the shoreline, and feed the ducks, as well as run around and play on the play structure. There is also a heated pool. Unfortunately the weather didn't cooperate for that. Our unit was very adequate for our needs. I would stay here again.

The onsite staff were friendly and hospitable. The property was very clean and tidy. While being an older building. It still had charm. The porperty was quiet and tucked away. Being on the river was a delight for both beautiful sunrises and sunsets. A communnity set of bbqs and picnic tables for all to use was a bonus. Pool is very clean

Minor issues (replacement TV remote, dining chair) addressed promptly by friendly, accommodating staff.

The river view is quite beautiful. There are fast food places, a pharmacy, and a grocery store nearby, which I consider a plus for staying here. However, the kitchen is inconvenient for cooking, and the utensils provided were not sufficient. The lack of an exhaust fan in the kitchen was also inconvenient. Additionally, it was quite uncomfortable to shower in the bathroom; the showerhead feels like a temporary one you’d find at the beach. For some reason, there was also a urine smell in the bathroom, and there’s no exhaust fan in there either.

This place has a ton of potential. The owners need to invest some money into the dock and quality of the outdoor furniture. The room size was great. Beds were comfortable. We didn’t get much sleep because the AC was LOUD. It’s definitely 2 star standards. The lake is shallow but very nice. The pool is nice but they need some nicer chairs.

The staff are very accomodating and they are Filipino. Filipino's are very hospitable. The bed are very cozy and soft bed. They have portable air-conditioned which is very nice. Kitchen utensils and pots to cook is there. Washroom clean. Almost like a small apartment. They have couch as well and round table for dining

Due to renovations a new fridge stuck out from the wall corner. Stubbed my toe a couple of time. The one light switch was behind the fridge & had to ask where it was. The mattress is smaller than the wood bed frame so the frame was uncomfortable rubbing against the legs upon rising or getting into bed. More local information could have been made available in the rooms and a how to sheet for the TV remote would have been nice. Otherwise it was a quiet, refreshing, clean place to stay.
