I told them I would be staying there for a few weeks and they sold the room I was staying in to someone else so I had to move out

Stayed here multiple times before, never had an issue. This most recent time I got my door knocked on 3 different times because I was supposedly setting off the smoke alarm. I had microwaved a few times and one of the times I had taken a shower almost an hour prior. I get it, but I didnt appreciate the fact of how sensitive that smoke detector was. People were cooking real meals in rooms next to mine, and they never got knocked on. This room specifically, the bathroom fan didnt work. In general it's a fine hotel, and I will probably end up staying there again, just the smoke detector thing really threw me off.

Room had funny smell very loud between babies crying and elevator making noise all night keeping me awake

Front desk is not polite asked for something and they were dismissive as though they couldn’t be bothered. I wasn’t demanding, I asked politely.

The shower head was so covered with soap scum and lime scum cover the shower h ws that no water would come out There was not even water pressure when I tried just running the tub water Walls are paper thin, beds are uncomfortable. Only a thin sheet. And the sun always shines even in the night because they're blinds and no curtains

Kelly and Ann were amaing in the front desk area . Very polite n hotel was clean and quiet is the best hotel i rather stay at.. u highly recommended to everyone if u jus want to stay 1 night or coming in for business or ect.

Honestly, this was the worst WoodSprings I have ever stayed at. When I first checked in, I felt like I was on the witness stand or being interrogated by the police with all the questions they were asking. The lady was asking me questions like, are you here for business or leisure, what company you work for, etc. At any other WoodSprings I have stayed at, they never have asked me questions like those and honestly it is none of their business. I understand about the car and license plate but all the other questions were unnecessary. Plus the lady did give me a little bit of attitude about it. The room was clean and fine (a bit outdated to what I am use to). Also, there was no lamp either on the night stand which I thought was a bit odd. Just a light switch you turn on. It was pretty much quiet the two nights I stayed. I did leave a day early due to me finishing my business in San Angelo and did not want to stay another day. I do not recommend staying here unless you want to be interrogated and don’t care about having a lamp on your night stand. I definitely will not be staying here again.

Kind of bare bones but okay for a night for the price. Really more like a cheap apartment with badic furnishings.

The STAFF is Great...ANN is Very Helpful and has a GOOD Sense of Humor. She makes you Feel Welcome. All my Stays are Pleasant and fit my Needs.
