It's a very nice hotel with character but it's old. You get the antique furniture and historical vibe. The beds are extremely hard to sleep on. The worst part is the lack of sound proof, they need to fix the patio doors, its so loud and you hear the doors opening and closing. Can't sleep due to hearing all the noise from everywhere! POOL is huge. Buffet was okay.

Love the pool, the balcony and the sunrise views. Breakfast food is not hot enough and it’s ok, room is nice and clean. Wish the trail to the lake is open, we walked along the busy street to get there

The neighboring room made a lot of noise at 9 pm. We called the front desk, but unfortunately they did nothing. We had to call the room by ourselves. We are very disappointed about how the hotel handled this matter,

MRT station is fairly close but the walk is a bit tough in the hot and humid weather. Lobby is fine. All amenities are standard. Bedding was comfortable and clean. Shower was in a wet room with a tub. Water pressure was good. Easy check out. Staff super friendly and helpful.

The staff were extremely accommodating and made our trip with 4 young children very comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

It was our first time to stay there. Although it is a little far from downtown, the front desk staffs were very helpful to manage our transportation and explain how to take public transportation. The room was big with high ceiling. The building is a little old, but the staff members hospitality compensated well.

This hotel is truly a blast from the past. However, that does entail that the hotel rooms need to be renovated somewhat as nearly everything is from the 1970s. It is worth noting though that the number of facilities within the hotel grounds is quite large. They even have a tennis court and a driving range. It is definitely an interesting hotel and worth checking out

This is one of the finest hotels we have ever been.

Hotel is like an antique; however, it is very clean and comfortable. The people who works there are very polite and their services are very helpful. They help me freeze my meat balls and keep my luggage until my flight departure time, a couple of hours after I checked out. They care about the tiny details, worried for me that my meat balls might defrost during my flight. Didnt have a chance to use the pool and gym. The pool looks very big though. Breakfast is more of a Taiwanese style. Wish it has more choice on the western side, e.g., scramble eggs, etc. My room on the lake side is very big and comfortable. The view is very good. I enjoyed my stay very much. Will definitely come back again.
