It was quit and close to town.. enjoyed my stay

So disappointed the tub was so disgusting we could not use it. The bed covers and blankets had stains on them…and in other sections of the motel there were Section 8 people living there!

When I first checked in, went to room and had no WiFi. I tried to call the office but room phone did not work. So I then went to the office but there was no one available.

Worst place i ever stayed. Room had a pervasive stink like a combination of smoke' b.o. and flop sweat. Couldnt get another room. Location was convenient. Linens never changed while i was there and bed never made.avoid this place like the plague... it may just give it to you.

The floor in our room was filthy. We became aware of this when my granddaughter laid on her bed after walking around the room a bit without shoes and her socks were black on the bottom. Might need a wet mop on that cheap linoleum floor every now and then.

Very nice and accommodating service. Room cleaned and new towels provided daily. Tv worked fine. Frig worked. Air worked with little noise. No complaints. Much gratitude. Worked out great giving me, a father, a place to stay while my son played at Cooperstown Allstar Village 3 minutes away. I did not try their restaurant.

We were so excited to watch our grandson play at Cooperstown All-Star Park so we booked a room in the closest motel to the park. When we opened the door to the room, I needed to turn on the and leave the door open because of the smell. I looked around and realized this was a very poorly maintained room. This proved to be very true when on the second night there, the toilet clogged up and completely stopped working. We tried calling and knocking on the office door that night, but no answer. In the morning, we had to go down the street to use the facilities at a business. Again, we tried calling the office and knocking on the door. While we were at the All-Star Park, I tried calling again. Finally, an answer! I was told the office doesn't open until 9:00 a.m. So, if you have anything go wrong in your room, make sure it happens between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. I asked the motel representative how they were going to make this up to us and she just blew me off.It's a good thing every other part of our visit to the Cooperstown All-Star Village was so fabulous! The motel fiasco didn't dampen our fun because we're just that kind of people!

Very worn sink, faucet barely operated. No breakfast. Dirty rugs. Should receive a reduced rate given the inferiority of the facility.

Staff was fantastic. Property was average, but as expected for the availability during Baseball Hall of Fame Induction weekend.

Not bad for what it is the bedroom bathroom were actually pretty clean. It definitely looks rough from the exterior.

No wifi is really my only dislike.

First thing I did was check for bedbugs. It was old and grimy. The A/C did not work. The TV only got news and Home Shopping Network. It was a non smoking room but it was definitely smoked in. It smelled like an ashtray. Only good thing was the price but after staying I would have paid triple somewhere else. Do not recommend!!!

If there was a way to leave no stars we would have. This was a scene from a horror movie. I booked this for my husband and son and they arrived late to stay only one night before their reservations at the fields started and it was the only available hotel next to the baseball field. Didn't look too awful online but knew it wasn't going to be the nicest either. It was beyond bad. Sleeping in a car would have been a far better option. I can not believe I paid to stay there. You could not pay us to stay there again, don't be fooled, make the trip to stay somewhere better.

Having called ahead that we were going to arrive very late, as promised we found the key and receipt in the lock box by the front door. Easy in and out for what we needed.

Room was nice and relatively modernized. Very small and the outside was rundown. Not bad in a pich!

Easily the worst hotel I have stayed at. I spend over 75 nights in a hotel each year. This is long term accommodations for many and there was old mattresses laying around. People clearly doing drugs in outside their rooms

The clock in the room was not on and I could not figure out to turn it on. TV stated to press a source button to turn on, did not know that button suggest, put which button is source button on the wall with the WiFi codes.

We enjoyed our stay we would do it again !!!

This was the worst motel I have ever stayed at. It was falling apart, holes in the walls mold in the bathtubs, wet carpet, coffee machines with no coffee and infested with bees. All that was missing was the crime scene tape! This place should never be suggested by any travel app.

This motel and it's staff is quite possibly the worst place I've ever booked on hotels.com They advertised the rooms had phones. They did not. We had to put our family member there in an emergency situation (he doesn't have a cell phone) because his home was no longer safe for him. the room dingy, no working phone, and when asked to move to another room was told none of the phones worked anymore. The person my brother-in-law spoke to said he couldn't do anything because there was no manager on duty. I called and spoke with a ditzy woman who said the same. I tried calling the next day (a Monday) and got no answer. Hotels.com tried to reach them and got no answer. I'm out $360.24 now because he didn't stay; he couldn't stay. This is more like a No Tell-Motel than anything. Rude staff, unhelpful, and I want my money back as they misrepresented themselves on the website. I pay for services offered, not what they say they do, but don't offer. We had no choice but to house him there for the night, but he didn't feel safe, at all. He is elderly, and was in a terribly vunerable position that weekend. Shame on this Motel and its staff. DO NOT STAY AT THIS CRAP MOTEL. Pitch a tent before you stay here. hotels.com should remove them from the site. They do not belong on this website.

My only complaint was the tv didn’t really work. Only 2 channels came in.

It was closed when we arrived. Had to stay at a different hotel and spend more money

Good, relatively inexpensive place to stay while passing through. Attendant was friendly and helpful. Room/bathroom clean and functional.
