Great place to stay. A little hard to get to as it is tucked away and the parking is limited. Rooms were nice and I was told they are doing a remodel soon, which I would not have guessed. The room we had shared a door for both the bathroom and closet on a barn door style. Very inconvenient, especially when you have a toddler that you like to keep out of places and likes to push the door open and closed consistently. For the remodel, get rid of the barn door.

This is a great hotel with an awesome staff. The breakfast is ok and there are many great walkable options as well. Some of the Outlet Shops are super close.

Super fast check in and friendly staff. Great room. The alarm clock had been set by a previous guest for 6:07 AM, and went off during our only morning there, pretty much ruined the great night of sleep I was hoping for. Please add clearing alarm clock to the checklist for cleaning staff.

This was an overnight on a 3 day drive from Telluride to Central, Illinois. The Hampton Inm was perfect and so comfortable. We walked to a restaurant and enjoyed our last evening viewing the mountains.

The window air conditioner unit squeaked all night long. The corners of the bathroom floor were kind of Grammy looking. The showerhead pressure was ridiculous. It was impossible to shower with so little water actually coming out.

John at the front reception desk was super hospitable and provided us with lots of information around the area, and information there at the hotel. He and his colleagues were super friendly and courteous our entire stay in Silverthorne. Breakfast was always hot and different each day. Hotel was also pet friendly, and amenities such as pool, hot tub, weight and fitness center were also fantastic. I really wished the NG fire pit outdoors was working during our winter weather stay, that would have been extra special.

Excellent hotel, we enjoyed the breakfast, the room, hot tub, and the helpful staff. I do agree with other reviewers that the $10 + tax parking fee is ridiculous.

Snow storm knocked out power to the hotel, which of course isn’t the hotel’s fault, about 30 minutes after the power came back on at 3:30am there was an alarm to evacuate the hotel in the snowstorm, something that may or may not have been in the hotel’s control, but what was something the hotel had control of was the lack of any kind of apology for the situation and maybe extending the check out or breakfast time. Despite being up till 4:00am myself and my family went to get breakfast at 10:03am and the hotel had everything locked up already, not good customer service in my opinion!

The hotel was very clean from top to bottom. It even smelled nice which is uncommon. Not sure why you charge $10 for parking aside from the bill. You should just add it to the cost of the stay. Your breakfast sausages were good. Stick with your supplier.

Loved that they have games for kids to use, staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Building is a bit dated, but for a family get away it was perfect.
