Accomodating staffs and good breakfast buffet

This is our 2nd stay here and I’m impressed by the warmth and attentiveness of their staff.

Hotel facilities are good compared to other hotels in the area. The hotel restaurant is 24hrs, the infinity pool was very nice, as well as the sports bar. The beach is by far what makes the hotel a great place to stay.

The communication needs to be clear re:changing rooms .The staff should inform us of their plan to move to another room at least a day before ,give us a chance to pack up our luggage .

Everything was great except for I wish there were wash cloths and hand towels in the room. The floor towel did not look like it was changed daily. There should always be extra toilet paper in the room. Very friendly staff.

Excellent service. Very friendly. A piece on our shower broke and the Manager immediately upgraded us to a top notch room. Not a bad thing to say about this place

Beautiful hotel on the beach with a large swimming pool. The beach is nice and clean and very walkable to nearby bars and restaurants. The staff here is friendly and do their best to make your stay enjoyable. Our room was large and very clean and the beds were very comfortable.

Loved the ambience

I give 2 thumbs up to Bed and pillows, staffs were so nice, food was very good too. Pool was very inviting. We booked for 4 adults and we brought kids with us. Too bad only 4 can use the pool and kids of 4 years age are included in the count.

Excellent experience, it was so good we decided to go back after only 1 week. Everything, I mean everything, from how clean, to the excellent staff, and wonderful food, is worth mentioning. Great coffee and desert bar in the lobby, deserts are made fresh. Awesome hotel has set the standard for others to follow. I have stayed in 5 star hotels in Manila and Makati that are NOT as good as the Awesome Hotel. The staff even remembered my name upon return. Special thanks to David and Grace for the time spent with me and my fiancé in the sports bar. We will return to see y’all again.

The hotel is pretty new, just a year old and so you can expect that all the building is at its prime condition. Rooms and facilities are clean. We got two rooms, one with two queen beds that can accommodate 4 people and one with two queen beds and a small room with two single beds. The second room is ideal for a family of 6. They have good bathroom amenities complete even with slippers. The toilet bowl is very modern and has a remote control for a bidet with selections of the water pressure and even an air dryer. Shower and sink have hot water. The air-conditioning is working well. Beds are comfortable. The hotel has a pool that is open from 8 am to 8 pm. The beach is just a few steps from the hotel. They have a buffet breakfast if you want to avail of it. The staff are welcoming, friendly and hospitable. The hotel is a little bit far from the restaurant areas and so you have to either walk along the beach or take a ride. The hotel is a little bit pricey but all in all, it lives up to its name: Awesome! I will go back there again.

What an absolute joy to stay here! High quality food, drinks and service at every outlet. The the staff are just unbelievably professional and courteous throughout the hotel. The room was great with plenty of electrical outlets and superior finishing of the bathroom. Could not find anything that needed to be improved in this wonderful property! 10/10 and highly recommended!

Cool toilet in premium rooms

Excellent place to stay, had a wonderful time. Staff was friendly and extremely helpful especially when I was having problems with Expedia regarding a change in our scheduled booking.

Staff is rude and condescending specially the manager joseph. They charge corkage for bringing food and drinks into the hotel! Their restaurant food ia boring and expensive! Dont go to this hotel at all its a nightmare!

Check in very easy. Place is very clean, food is great, little pricey. Staff very accommodating, helpful and friendly. Pool was great, enjoyed the jacuzzi- very relaxing.

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were all polite, courteous and respectful. I look forward to go back on my next vacation.

The property is in nice location. The only thing is that they seems don’t have equal treatment when you book in a 3rd party like Expedia! We complain that there’s a urine smell in our room that we encountered on our first night so we let them know . And they just send someone to clean the toilet. But I told them it’s not coming in fr there.I smell near the mirror. And I told them to mop just in case. But after they mop still the same . It’s getting late that time and we need to rest after exploring around the town. And then I mentioned again the ff day. I think it’s coming fr the AC filter . They told us that they change but we been smelling once the AC is on. And the receptionist mentioned that they already relay the message to the management . We been dealing the smell for 3 days and they did not did anything about it. They don’t reach us if we don’t reach them regarding it. We went to the hot tub around 9pm and before heading to our room we mentioned again and they told us If we want to transfer. Only that time that we will check out the ff morning? And my brother in law is already sleeping coz he’s our driver touring us around. We ask if we can get complimentary breakfast in exchange and they said they can’t give it. Coz we book tru Expedia! What the hell is that! We paid full for what is due ! And we choose that hotel when we still in CẢ. So what’s the difference??? Don’t advertise in a 2nd or 3rd party if they can’t treat their customers fairly!

No outside food or drinks allowed. however no mini bar in the rooms. No food or drinks can be served after 10pm. If you want to starve from 10pm to 7 am stay here. They serve foreign asian food and is mediocre. They should serve more local Filipino dishes. If I wanted Thai food i”d go to thailand.

Awesome view of the pool & ocean from our room. Attentive , courteous staff. Request were promptly delivered. Manager is visible & dealt with problems efficiently, effectively & was compassionate. Great food & staff at their restaurant.

Amazing place. A few feet to the beach. Service was excellent. Face and hand towels available upon request. Shower room tiles kinda slippery be causious . Beds perfect.

Clean with a nice view. But far from everything. You definitely need a car, everything inside this hotel is a little pricey for Philippines standard. I chose this hotel because it was the only hotel that has a vacancy. For the price I paid it didn’t even come with a breakfast, I was totally disappointed. Again I will only come to this hotel if there is no vacancy somewhere else.

There are a few things that I would like the management to address. The shower is not PWD friendly. You need to install handrail, shower seat and mat for us all seniors. The ref was continuously running all night for some reason. (RM 323) Our lunch was marvelous. The Dinner is not that impressive because our Soup was served too long. It was warm not hot.

It was a Magnificent stay! All the staff are friendly, nice , attentive! The rooms are gorgeous, spacious and very clean and it smells so good! The pool was awesome’ Over all its great! Highly recommended’

Super friendly cheerful helpful staff. Very clean and well maintained, great beach but no surfing this time of year, pristine warm water. Excellent restaurant serves the best Pad Thai I have had in the Philippines, Thank you executive chef Tony. Perfect spot for those looking for a quiet relaxing getaway
