I was pleasantly surprised with the room. Although I read that a kitchen was available, I didn't expect it to be so nice and the entire room was very clean. We especially liked that all the rooms faced the courtyard and needed an access code to enter. The courtyard also offered 2 BBQ grills, and table & chairs to use for outside dining. Very nice facility. Would definitely stay there again.

Room was dirty, dishes in the sink, room was never cleaned, no coffee in the morning. room smells like dog urine.

We received a phone call at 5 PM the day of our arrival telling us that the lobby was closing early and that they were going to text us the door and wifi codes. The bed was not really comfortable. The road next to the hotel was very busy and we could hear the traffic noise inside the room.

The property is a little aged and there's damage to some furniture but that's minimal our room was extremely clean and still up to date.

Would have been nice to be able to more easily connect with someone on site for a late check in. Had trouble with getting in room. Found out where the managers room was from another person at about 9:40pm. Otherwise not sure i would have known what to do.

The kitchen is stocked with dishes and pans for a longer stay. The floor was very clean as well as the rest of the room. We would definitely stay again.

We've stayed at this place many times in the past, but haven't been there since 2019. It was very clean and the staff was helpful, but it seems a little rundown since the last time we were there. The beds could use newer mattresses and the furniture is beat-up. There are also seem to be people residing there, which is more a complaint about the state of housing in the U.S. than a complaint against the hotel. The prices are up a little, but not as much as most other hotels. Overall, I like this place and would stay again.

Rooms very roomy - bed comfortable - great attention to germ control. Looks pretty new. Restaurants close by. Only suggestions are - lighting is pretty dim and only have a light on one side of the bed for reading. Also, spotlight on outside sign kept the room from darkening.

I checked the ratings and reviews and booked my room because it was reasonably priced. I was VERY pleased with the room. It is like one of those kitchenette places but very spacious and clean. The staff was excellent!

Nice place and welcoming staff.

We booked a unit with 2 queen beds but received only 1 king bed forcing our son to sleep on a small couch. We were told no other units were available. Noone at the desk answers the phone. Shower head was stripped and fell off immediately.

I didn’t stay but an hour, the smell of the room was not tolerable.

Accommodations were adequate. Rug was soiled and obviously very old. There were fist marks in a few places in the wall. Coffee mugs in the cabinet were not clean, having coffee residue and such on inside and outside of the cups. Both the smoke detector and fire sprinkler had paper towels stuffed in them. When I texted the contact person at the hotel I received no reply - that was the most disturbing.

The hotel is decent and the room was good. However, the ownership needs to keep an eye out on it before it goes downhill quick. When we got there, three folks were smoking marijuana in the courtyard. Then we were greeted with what I am assuming is extended stay folks, and they were stoned. Saturday night at 1am those same individuals, room 219, decided to have a screaming/fighting match on the walkway outside their room. Other guest decided to yell at them to be quiet. Sunday during checkout, the clerk came from the back room, and I'm not sure if she was hungover or already stoned off her ass, but said she would tell them to be quiet. Another guest was checking out and asked if we heard the commotion.

We had a king suite that was a nice set up. Spacious like an apartment instead of just a room. Stay was nice, just needs a good cleaning and some updating.

The property changed our booking without telling us I received an email the morning that we were supposed to check in about my cancellation so I called and the front office said I was good on my booking that they had double booked and they were trying to hold my spot. I checked in and the front office said their printer wasn’t working so she wrote all of my information down and also wrote check out was at noon which I thought was weird since my booking was for six days. I was looking at my credit card charges and noticed that they only charge me for one night so I called the front desk and no answer I went down to the front office and there’s a sign no one was at the front office and they provided two numbers including one for the property manager to get a hold of for emergencies. I called both numbers left messages did not receive a call back. I’m glad I figured out our booking was only for one night instead of six because we would’ve left and came back to not having a room and all of our stuff would have been gone. Since I did not get a call back I had to book elsewhere. This may have been a blessing in disguise because the room smelled of old cigarette smoke, there was a car air freshener on the vent on the ceiling, one of the beds were broken, the place was not that clean we found a fake eyelash in the kitchen and floss on the bathroom floor, the shower drain was also broken.

Our room had 2 types of flooring. Laminate or wood in the kitchenette which was wonderful. However, the bedroom had carpet & was beyond filthy dirty and worn! It was wrinkled so badly near the bed that I nearly tripped on it. The office closes down around midnight & there in no elevator.

Most of this facility is intended for long term stays like apartments. The exterior & courtyard is not inviting. Our room was very clean, but the beadspread was soiled & pillows too hard.

There was a lot of dust in the room - night stands, lamps and floors. Didn’t want to take shoes off. However, the shower was clean so that’s a great thing!

The Bad: It was drafty and uncomfortably cool inside and I could not set the thermostat higher than the maximum allowed. The hot water did not last for very long when showering. The walls are thin as you can hear people talking in the adjacent suite. There were also children playing loudly on the grounds.
