Good. No frills. Great breakfast. Pool area could be more attractive. Some machines in fitness room out of order. Overall a good value.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!! They lost my reservation that waa paid in full in advance in which I was trying to check in for about 45 mins to an hour. The deposit is more than the total cost of the room and it takes 5 business days to get it back. The room had a mildew type of smell and The only thing that was good was the breakfast.

Upon arrival i discovered cup rings on the nightstand from the previous guest. I then discovered that my refrigerator was broken. Decided to first take a shower and then stop at front desk to report it. Soon after turning on the water, i discovered that the tub drain was clogged. I reported both issues as planned and was told by a very nice woman that maintenance would go in and resolve my issues. When i returned that night, i happily discovered a new refrigerator in place of the broken one. However, my second shower was same as the 1st, having to stand in ankle deep tub water. I know they looked at it because the curtain was pulled all the way over, which was different from how i left it. For 3 days, i had to endure the stench of another guests disgusting boots and socks left outside his door, stinking up the hallway. When i said something to the front desk staff person (different person), she told me i could knock on his door and ask him to keep his boots inside his room. Really???? I didnt know that was my job. So, being a solo female traveler, i chose not to do that for obvious reasons. Instead, for 3 days i held my breath from the elevator to my room. I will not book this hotel again.

Spectacular, no complaints, should have 5 stars. Do not hesitate to stay here.

Checked in and was sent to room 415 and room TV didn’t work and was greeted in room by a cockroach!!!! I was on a walker with broken femur and had to hobble back to another room, 110 accessible room and the room was ok but bed was too high and hard to get on. The next day alarm went off for three hours . It woke me up and was horrible. Not going back

Not able to sleep coz of the people next to my room. Noisy even past midnight.

I like the very friendly staff, the comfortable and clean room and the tremendous breakfast.

Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Upon request they even gave me a late check out time of 12:30. Breakfast was a nice variety with longer than typical hours. Close drive to beaches, shops, dining. I liked the layout of the room; even had an extra chair and ottoman. “Barn door” between the sleeping area and room door kept out the hallway light that sneaks in under the room door. Very quiet. Plenty of on-site parking. Pool was warm and clean. I recommend this location.

front desk staff was excellent

It was clean and the fact that we could shut a door to block out additional sound from the hallway was great.

A place to stay .

The service. .. my room was not made up, especially being 2 cleaning staff saw me leave the room, cold water for shower on 2nd day, toilet was wobbly. Apparently my room had an ajoining room door, which was locked but we could still hear kids being yelled at and very loud voices, especially at 6:30 A.M. only positive thing was they had good bacon! 😋

No complaints other than a maintenance worker in the morning that was around the breakfast area listening to a very loud, what sounded like a podcast, in creole. It was very loud and the person on the podcast was literally screaming. You could hear it anywhere in the lobby area.

Nice bed...nice towels...good cable... A $250.00 deposit...what are you thinking. I WILL NOT BE BACK BECAUSE OF THE DEPOSIT

It was good but there was no milk in the morning for cereal or coffee.

Just a quick trip- overnight stay. Room was nice, breakfast buffet was nice.

Good bed... nice towels... breakfast was a 9 out of 10. Didn't have hot water 1st day...reported it and the property fixed it. Some pictures on Hotels.com is not the property...but another property. There is a $250.00 deposit to stay that is not promoted anywhere except the reviews.
