Beds are really comfortable!
Overall good but the amenities horrible. So soap is dispenser type (understandable) but how do you use in bath tub when it is so high up on wall? Coffee was really bad and I got the fresh batch. Really it’s the machine. Maybe consider taste testing machine to find better quality.

Always friendly staff and room is clean with comfortable bed. My only complaint is that you should be able to stream Netflix on the TV.

Not my first choice in hotels but do not have a lot of options. 4 th floor hallway smells like they had a bad water leak (mildew)

Price was good but didn’t like it enough to stay another night. Ended up leaving and staying at another hotel that was nicer.

Loved the Queen suite with big kitchen and everything one needs to a proper stay. We only had one night in town, but were very pleased with the hotel's cleanliness and space. We felt safe and slept great! I do wish we could stream Netflix though, but that was the only thing I can pick on them about. The rest was great!

Good location for my needs - easy to get to and from.
The room was quiet - which is important to me.
And the mattress and pillows felt like good quality.
I've stayed in a few different places in Waco - when visiting my son and grand kids - this is the best yet. I will book here next time.

Staff not friendly….I inquired about breakfast and was told there was none, that it’s an extended stay. “That’s what you have a kitchen for”. A bit rude.

Great hotel with comfortable beds and sheets. Liked the bathroom space and other amenities that the hotel offered. Had a good stay.

Staff was horrible; didnt seem to know what they were doing and we had to wait til over an hour after check in to get our room even though we prebooked but plenty of other people who were just walking up got their rooms. Was just terrible service, room was nice layout although our towels had a weird red stain but staff too busy chit chatting to tale notice to us.

Big, new rooms, and very clean. This property rescued us after the house we had booked for the eclipse was double-booked and we had nowhere to go. Maria at the front desk was super lovely and helpful! Our eclipse experience will be very different than planned but we are so grateful that we found a room! It's not a fancy place, but it's just what we needed.

We were very happy with our stay! We needed pet friendly, kitchenette & a workout area. It met all our expectations! The bed was super comfy- we slept great all week!, The kitchenette had a full size fridge, dishwasher,cooking surface & A LOT of appliances to check out for cooking! We were able to make breakfasts & even our Easter dinner :) There was plenty of outdoor space to walk our doggy & space for her kennel in our room. The exercise equipment was in great condition & lots of options for multiple activities. Multiple laundry units that were heavily used by guests, but newer machines. Access to interstate & gas stations was easy. The staff was very friendly & helpful. They do a nice job keeping the property clean and they work hard! We were very happy and will DEFINITELY stay here again on our next trip to Waco. Thank you!

The room was clean and always very happy with our stay. We will continue to stay here when going through Waco. It is in a perfect area HEB groceries , a lot of restaurants and shopping is close as well! Love the kitchens in the suites and gas grills if you have a craving for a good old steak! Soooo a five star over all. Keep up good work Candlewood ! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We stayed in room 303, had 2 queens, a kitchenette (big frig/freezer, sink, dishes, dishwasher, stove, & little coffee pot), huge closet, recliner, large desk, huge TV, & a decent size bathroom. There was plenty of room for us to spread out & the dogs to have room to burn off some energy after being in the car for many hours. The elevators were very quick-never had to wait long for one. There was plenty of parking. The employees we encountered were very friendly. We will def stay again if we are in the area.

Place was very nice but a little disappointed that I got charged extra 3.99 on my credit card they said that hotel.com did not charge enough for taxes I have never had that happen before when booking a third-party called hotel to get refund because I was already charge from hotel.com for my stay.

This is my second time to stay here when I visit my daughter at Baylor. Love the full frig and toaster so I can have breakfast in my room. Close to campus and very quiet. Will stay there again.
