I recently stayed at the Hotel Onomo in Rabat and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The breakfast was absolutely dreadful. The juices were tasteless, as if they had been watered down, and the selection of food was pitifully lacking in diversity. It felt like I was eating the same bland items. To make matters worse, one of the restaurant staff members was shockingly disrespectful. Their attitude was completely unprofessional and it put a damper on the entire dining experience. It's incredibly disappointing to encounter such poor service, especially when you're supposed to be enjoying a meal during your stay. Overall, I wouldn't recommend staying at the Hotel Onomo in Rabat if you value a decent breakfast and respectful service. It was a letdown in more ways than one.

Well appointed hotel that’s perfect for business trips. Very loud music on rooftop lounge on Thursday nights so keep this in mind if you’re a light sleeper

Not a VIP Member hotel as claimed. Room was like a junk, not even suitable to rent. Broken doors, painting faded, curtain not working.

The stay was good ,The hotel had good staff polite courteous and helpful. Would recommend it and would use this hotel again

This hotel is well located and it felt safe to walk around day and night. Restaurants, ATMs & attractions within an easy walk. The roof garden restaurant is stunning. No alcohol is served onsite, nor can one bring a bottle of wine to dinner. The service did not meet expectations. The in-room safe had no instructions & I managed to lock myself out the first day. I asked the desk to fix it and they said they would send someone, but it never happened. The bigger issue was with towels. After my room was made up without towels, I stopped by the front desk at noontime & asked them to remedy it. After a long work day I returned about 10 pm and still no towels. I called the desk twice asking for towels and got them only after I got a bit snarky on the 2nd call. I'm a pretty chill traveller but having towels so one can shower before bed is not too much to ask. A mobility-impaired colleague staying on the same floor was in the same boat but had to go to the front desk to get towels that evening. My room was small but comfy.

Breakfast needs to be greatly improved.

Great location to train station and attractions. Facilities in reasonably good shape but a simple full shower door could save guests flooded floor and the Onomo, lots of time cleaning and maintaining leaky areas. Some more electrical outlet could help and there is definite need for brighter lights in the rooms

I liked the staff at check in, the porter. Room was ok. Location is excellent. Breakfast was terrible. Limited choices, dirty dishes, everything was dry and stale. For a 4 star hotel, it's a miss apart from where it is located. Will not return here.

Just right across the street from the train station. Tramway stop is also right across the street. Very convenient location. Centrally located. Access to restaurants and historical sites for a cheap taxi fare. Room has nice views of the city. STAFF WAS AMAZING. They all spoke Arabic, French, and English. I would stay here again.

The air-condition in the room doesn't work, and it seems to be a general failure, because the other room booked for family has the same issue. The staff responded to our complaint in a very unfriendly manner. We won't recommend this property to any single soul.

Location opposite to Rabat Ville which was perfect to catch a train the next day.

Fine hotel in a great location. The receptionist was competent, helpful and spoke good English. We needed a taxi to depart for the airport at 3:30 am which he arranged flawlessly. Our room was modern and comfortable. Definitely recommended.

Had a room over the front street after requesting a quiet room) and it was extremely noisy. Windows not the best as could hear every single noise in the street

Arrive by train... no hassle with taxis.. next door to the train station. Walk to most sights. GREAT front desk staff.. the view from the roof is amazing at night. Book it!!

Location is great and staff is too.There is free parking lot for car.

The location is great with convenient access to modern attractions, but still within walking distance of the Medina, the beach, and other sights. Parking was also very convenient.

We have stayed at this hotel a couple times before since it is right next to the Rabat Ville train station and would stay again. Very convenient location, small rooms, but everything updated. Good, strong wi-fi connection and friendly front desk staff who speak English well. Like many buildings in the area, you may see a bug, but otherwise clean.

Went to a wedding and came back at 6am. Asked if we could check out a bit later. The receptionist was very nice and understanding and allowed us to stay an extra couple of hours. Very convenient location with free private parking in front of hotel. Will definitely come back when travelling to Rabat.

The gym was totally unusable as the air conditioning leaked and it caused a terrible mildew smell.
