Room smelled…floor dirty…roach in tub

Very clean and comfortable for the price. My only issue was that they did not answer the phone at the facility. We were going to be coming in late and I didn't have anyway of contacting them. We finally had to call the corporate number.

Upon checking into the room, I immediately killed cockroaches. The floor was very dirty with food crumbs, and the bathroom towels as well as inside the tub had hair. The front staff who checked us and was very pleasant, but overall, I would definitely not stay here again. In fact, the only reason I didn’t ask for a refund and leave was because I was traveling with a small child and it was already well into the evening.

It was a pet friendly hotel, and the rooms were very clean. No smell of dog room with cats very clean. They also text us and let us know if we needed anything just to call or text them and they would bring it which was very nice and we did because we needed extra towels, this is our second time staying at this hotel outside. The hotel was very kept clean. No dog droppings no dogs smell they even have a barbecue were out there. Very nice hotel.

We called a few days before our arrival to see in case we arrived earlier than the official check in time, if we could left our luggages in a secure place until our room was ready. Over the phone we were told yes, but when we arrived at 1pm, it was not possible. Since we have been told to never leave anything in the car in California, we waited over 1 hour in the parking lot until our room was ready. The location is really nice. We had the chance to have a room on the second floor with a very nice view over the valley and the montains. We used the laundry room. At the time we wanted to start the dryer, both machine blocked when we were loading the quarters & stopped accumulating them. When we asked help to the lobby, they advised us to contact the service number on the machine as they were not responsible for them or go in town to get our clothes dry. It was 9pm and we were leaving the following morning. After many minutes trying to make them work, we were able to start one of them... and lost a few quarters in the other one. The room was clean & nice location.

Room was basic, but it met all our needs. I did not like dogs in the next room which started barking at 4 AM. I know your establishment is pet friendly but if they're pets in the next room, I wouldn't come back to this property.

Quiet, clean and comfortable beds!

The hotel room itself was pretty average, the beds weren't the comfiest, and the AC unit was a little confusing at first, but the staff was wonderful and the area is very safe.

Great room

The property is not man after 5pm so service after that time and no one to monitor noise and activity.

Awesome hot tub was super warm

Breakfast had only danishes. Coffee only had powdered creamer and sugar displayed in an International delight display. Staff said they don’t actually serve that creamer, they just use the display. Our room was almost $300 for a night, it seemed that the hotel could have a little more available for breakfast, like some apples or bananas or tangerines. Jacuzzi was green and had dirty foam. Pool was clean. Everything else was okay. Staff was friendly. Woman and man were screaming and running at 1am outside our door on the 2nd floor. Her child was crying in terror. Woke our whole family up. It was difficult to fall back asleep.

The location is conveniently accessible to shops, restaurants,and a few miles away from the beach.

The parking stalls are rather small and difficult to park.. fearful of getting my door hit. Rooms and facility was clean and relatively new. Friendly desk staff

It was an okay area

Overall a good place to stay, but, why do the beds have to be so high off the floor? Im old and short and shouldnt have to jump to get I nto the bed.

Breakfast was not really good. I like the lighting in the room. The staff were friendly and attentive.

Cockroaches and horrible room cleaning services. Room was still first and bed wasn’t even made
