The room was ok. There was just a terrible smell like musty or mildew, the rooms could maybe use some paint .

Property was horrible. I asked for a non smoking room but it was obviously a smoking room. There was a cigarette burn in the bathroom. TV didn't work. Phone didn't work. The interior lock came off in my hand when I tried to lovk it. Everything looked as though it hadn't been cleaned in years. Dust everywhere. Went for coffee at breakfast and there was non. Shuttle service numboer that they offer at the front desk was a non working number. Staff not bery helpful.

Room was very dirty. Didnt even showered there. On to the next one.

Very nice area with a pool.

OLD hotel. Needs to be updated, the bed was comfy, But all the other furniture is absolutely broken and junk.

I loved this little motel! Straight across the street from the beach, clean pool, safe environment! The room itself could have been cleaned a little more not terrible though. Also our fridge didn’t close all the way, wasn’t that big of a deal to me but could be for someone else staying longer, hairdryer didn’t work either but I brought my own from past experiences like this at other places, but for a quick convenient place to stay on beach blvd doesn’t get much better than this one!

Stay here everytime I want to go to the beach. Best value for the money.

Second time we've stayed, so that says something in itself. We love the location and the owners are very kind. We will definitely be back and we would recommend to family or friends. Especially for the price!

Perfect for a quick trip stay.

We stayed for 2 nights along with our 2 daughters for NYAA Cheer Nationals. Staff we're very friendly, breakfast was good and we loved that it was so close to the beach as well as the convention center. We would definitely stay again if we're even back in Biloxi:)

This place should be condemned

It was good had a couple spiders in my room but other wise it was really good

I had paid for 3 nights. When i got to Star Inn they wanted 20.00 cash deposit and 15 dollars a night extra for my little dog. Being that i reserved and paid on Expedia i thought i was paying the shown price for each night. NOT. Went up everyday

I really enjoyed my stay the price was just great for a hotel that you could just walk across the street to the ocean if I needed something from the office there was always somebody there water pressure in the showers was amazing overall very great place to stay for the price

The room smelled like smoke and floor in the room was dirty the restroom was not clean the ceiling had paint coming down out the ceiling 😞

There was sand on the floor in our room did not smell nice the microwave was also broken but they did come and replace it with a working one

Not well maintained. The bed spread has numerous holes and the ceiling had water damage. The ac didn’t work properly as it didn’t cool very well and the air was very humid. We travel quite a bit and this was not the worst but it was in the running.

The property is an older motel. The rooms have outdated everything. The Continental breakfast was just oatmeal, toast, waffle. No water or fruit or eggs or yogurt for those who can't have gluten. It wasn't unbearable but was not somewhere I would stay again.

Was asleep one morning with our door locked and the guy maid unlocked our door and walked in our room for towels while we were asleep and he definitely woke us up.

Front desk Indonesian woman unfriendly & not polite, could barely speak English, wouldn't smile no matter how I smiled at her. Saw her smile while she was speaking in her language to someone, so maybe it's just everyone else she doesn't like. Room stank really bad, like mold & cat pee, especially air coming from air conditioner, which, surprisingly, was nice & cold. Had to buy room spray to cover the stink. Sink wouldn't hold water and pressure not good. Shower was fine, though it's soft water and feels like you never get fully rinsed off, leaving you slimy feeling. Beds were horrible. Hard all along edges and uncomfortable. The table was so lopsided we had to put something under a leg to keep it from wobbling our drinks off. NO COFFEE MAKER IN ROOM! Count yourself lucky to get to the office for the "continental breakfast" before the coffee supplies run out. There might be dry cereal and milk and split apart packages of small muffins. There's a waffle maker but looked like it had a problem. Pitiful. We were on the second floor, no elevator. The top step was about 2-3" higher than the rest, which is dangerous. The pool looked clean. There was a frig & microwave that worked. We WON'T be back!

This was the worst stay. Whole place smelled awful. There was urine and fences on the walls. The phone was broken. Beds smelled awful. Requested a refund through hotels.com and they denied it.

Great location to many shops, restaurants and the beach.

This motel was really cheap and just across the street from the beach. It was close to tons of places to eat, I loved the jacuzzi tub. Would stay here again the future.

The cleaning staff were present every day to give clean towels and pull the trash. The location was perfect, it was across the street from the beach and walked distance from all the family activities such as a go kart park, miniature golf course, arcade, bowling and sports bar.
