Checked out after discovering that the place was a dump and the room reeked of weed and smoke

Never again. Dirty. Smells bad. Cockroaches. Hair in the bed and shower. This whole building just needs to be gone and completely rebuilt. The only good thing about this place was a front desk clerk. The room was overpriced because of a Swift concert! They should have known better to do so..we should have known better to do more research before hand

We did not except luxury at this hotel but the cleanliness was poor. The only saving grace was the sheets appeared to be clean. We asked for additional towels and were told we needed to return the dirty ones first. After reminding them we have 4 people not 2 they did bring more. We actually didn’t even use them to shower because of the condition of the bathroom. Each night we returned there was a strong smell of marijuana in our room. I call the front desk because I wanted to make sure I was charged the $200 smoking fee. He came right down to the room and told us everything was fine and it was OK. While the facility itself was below average the staff was friendly.

Place was ok. Low budget & offered the bare minimum. Charged high security deposit. Desk clerk/manager was rude. He kept asking if I had pets. I sd NO. He asked if I had cat. He asked if I had dog. No pets, I explained room for adults. A US soldier. He sd I dont care who it's
for. I explained I already paid for room for humans and I don't have pets.
Then he sd OK then U can stay. The crazy thing is this location takes pets and charges a deposit and pet fee so I don't understand what the issue was. We had just gotten off a plane and didn't have pets which I explained to him

Reported an issue with front office about leak, was advised by management if we said anything else about. A leak we would have to leave. Maintenance said he fixed issue all he done was caulked around tub however we have video and pics of issue that was never resolved. Also asked double bed during atya and was told we stick with one Queen bed. A couple staff members were very nice however management very rude , disresp ctful, don't care about guest issues or what damage to guest property occurs but I'm already begin legal action

The bathroom door didn’t sit properly in the frame so the door couldn’t close, let alone lock, and the wet towels from the previous guest(s) were still in the room

Our non-smoking room smelled like smoke. I was coughing all night long. There were homeless people in the parking lot. There was a man peeing between the sheds that were in the adjoining Lowe’s parking lot. Did not feel safe and did not get much sleep.

The room was not very clean and people smoking weed in the parking lot outside our door wasn’t great either. Just glad we woke up and our car was still there untouched. Won’t be staying at this property ever again

This motel was a joke. It was the most disgusting thing I have ever seen in terms of a place to stay. We tried to check in at 9:30 PM and they told us that the room wasn’t ready yet, when check-in was at 3 PM. They told us to give them 20 minutes and they would have a room ready. In less than five minutes he called us and told us it was ready. Got to the room. Floors had not been swept. The shower had not been clean. The bedsheets had not been changed. There were bugs in there. There was a spray on the wall that smelled of a heavy perfume to try and cover up the smoke scent is what I believe. We picked up our stuff and went to a nearby hotel and didn’t even bother staying.

This was not our first choice, by far. But Indianapolis was very busy with races at the racetrack. We needed somewhere to stay. Red Rood Inn was only ok, and I hope we never need to make this choice again.

Bathroom was filthy the sink in the room barely any running water. No desk chair to sit in no phone in the room overall I paid $64 a night. It should've been $44 a night if not less.

Paid earlier checking fee $35 plus the Indian owner didn’t give me deposit back 100$ . The room was nasty with insects in it . I will never come back there again. Worst motel

Hotel was decent. Only had one pillow a piece for my husband and I. I asked for another one and they wouldn’t give us one. There were stains and burn holes in our sheets and comforter. They gave us the room under the stairs so it was a little noisy. Would not stay again.

It’s an extremely old and not well maintained motel, with no food service and walking isn’t safe as there’s no sidewalks to walk nearly a mile away…
Also, getting in or out of the property is difficult and not very safe…
Please do not ever offer this motel AGAIN🙏

For the price it was adequate. I grew up in the area and it’s always been there under different owners and it’s showing its age. The sink faucet needs to be looked at (hard to shave with a trickle) but the shower was good. I would stay here again.

Our first guest room smelled like smoke. It was horrible. The second room he gave us did not lock when we were leaving, you could literally push it open without a key. Front desk acted like he didn't believe us! He came up there to "show us" it was locking. By standing inside and bolting it. But we were not inside. We were leaving our stuff. Showed him I could push it open and we were given a third room. It didn't smell great, but at least it didn't smell like It had been smoked in recently, like the first one! We were going to a show at the Ruoff Center and missed the opening act due to this!

Place reeked of cigarettes. When we asked to change room the next room was just as bad. Honestly all my clothes and belongings smelled of cigarettes for days after we checked out

The room was dirty, damaged walls, damaged door, it would not close or open easily, light cords disconnected, bad television connections, clean towels once in 4 days, room never cleaned or trash removed, beds never made, limited hot water, leak in ceiling in bathroom, damage to walls and door frame in bathroom, I could go on and on.

The property is maintain for old as it is however few minor things could be better such as if tubs are peeling, guest advise of I, don't say that's to many complaints and walk away. It was actually a heads up to let you know because the issue can be addressed once guest leave. However besides that staff was decent and also endured no disturbances. I would return and stay here again.dxt day after

You could feel the that the staff had all been apart of the hotel for multiple years and maintained a positive and efficient operation that lacked nothing when it comes to pleasant service.

The commode wobbled no water pressure in the sink door didn't lock properly couldn't get AC to work. Staff was rude and not helpful at all. For a Wyndham property it was the worst not up to standards that I am accustomed to from Wyndham property.

WiFi was terrible. Tv was terrible. Room was outdated. They demanded a $100 security deposit. We were told by the person working the door that if we paid cash, he would return it in cash the next morning at check out. He would not provide a receipt for the deposit either. Said they just wrote it down. The next morning at check out, he tried telling me he would put $100 back on the card used to book the room. After a little arguing with the employee, he finally released the $100 in cash as he previously stated he would. Service was terrible.

The staff was kind and friendly, the room was neat and tidy, but the smell of old smoke in the room was so overwhelming that it nearly made me sick. I had to wake up and get out of the room as early as I possibly could.

Disgusting... hair on the walls in bathroom. Smelled like smoke and more. Toleit didnt work, sink didnt work, door barely opened without forcing it. Possible illicit dealing at location. Drunks outside yelling at customers. Not woth the cheap price.
