staff was kind, check in and check out was super easy, the facilities were cleaner than i expected with the rest of the reviews, the shower was a little hard to get to turn on but everything else worked as it should

the breakfast wasn't too great, just some cereal, milk, bannanas, coffee and a few pre packaged honey buns and other pies. was hoping for something warm or cooked but was let down in this aspect

Everything! This was by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. As soon as you walk in it reeked of cigarette smoke and filth. One of our rooms had bedbugs, one had a roach, the other had blood on the wall, tissue hanging from the ceiling. The hall had blood on the walls near the elevator. The room doors didn’t look safe. Just don’t even look at this place. While here we instantly booked a room for the remainder of our stay at another hotel. We literally sat up all night. And checked out early 6 am.

No security deposit but I see why now.

The hotel is badly rated it needs to have a serious deep cleaning and the WiFi sucks

The breakfast was a joke. 2 kinds of cereal, 3 green bananas, & bread. That's it! I wouldn't even drink the coffee because the place was so dirty.

This place is filthy. You wouldn't walk on the "carpet" in bare feet, you wouldn't want to get in the shower without flip flops, it's disgusting! The bed was old, the pillows lumpy. The TV has about 10 grainy channels. I went downstairs in the morning to hear the front desk cleark arguing with someone on the phone at full volume! Seriously, don't stay here.

Price was cheap & couldn't be beat for so close to wedding venue at Black Iris Estate & 20 min Uber to downtown nightlife and restaurants. Ubers come very quickly. Hotels Location was amazing. Bar, liquor store, Mexican supermarket with authentic tacos in the back, nail salon, Einstein bagels with great coffee as well, even a bus route. All in walking distance. Police did seem to patrol the area a lot as well. Woman was kind enough to give us a battery jump in the hotel parking lot that was nice enough. People in Indy seem to be nice.

Upon arriving to the hotel there was a nazi symbol outside of the door. The entire hotel smelled of cigarettes although we booked non smoking. Plates were missing from the outlets and the mechanism that electronically opens the door. No hotel locks on the room doors. The Wi-Fi and TV didn't work. We were moved to another room after the toilet didn't work and wood was found jutting out from under the bed. There were signs not to leave trash in common areas. The hotel goers seem to be living there, not traveling for business or work. People drinking and smoking in the parking lot as if normal. Cleaning staff arguing about guest loudly and public ally I have stayed in hostels, hotels, motels, around the world. Even an airbnbs with roaches once. This "hotel" was the worst I have ever stayed in. 0/10 would not recommend. I used room furniture to barricade the door because I didn't feel safe and I'm from NYC very street smart and bravely traveled the world alone and this place sketcheddddd me and my boyfriend out. Not to mention it looks like the hotel hasn't been updated in 20 years the furniture and carpets reflect it.

this place was FILTHY. Absolutely disgusting. Not sure how they have a business license. Food still in the microwave from a prior occupant.. Bathroom was not cleaned after last guest. Lightbulb missing from rusted desk light fixture. Simply disgusting.
