Excellent hotel in a prime location. Loved the spa area and all the amenities including tea and snacks and the atrium. The rooms were spacious and well appointed. I liked that the windows opened. Very quiet even on the weekend. I will stay here again for sure!!

Lovely little hotel in Paris. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. It was our first time traveling with a baby and they did everything they could to make our stay easy from providing a crib to washing bottles for us. Highly recommend, would definitely stay there again on a future trip to Paris.

My stay was amazing! The hotel is so comfortable and clean. Staff are so helpful and really welcoming… the hotel is within walking distance to the Louvre and also a short distance to your pick of cafes and restaurants..

We had a lovely stay at this property -walking distance to many beautiful places in the city and well connected with nearby metro stations. The art deco interiors were lovely and extra touches such as the private hire pool for an hour (small but well enjoyed by kids) and complimentary cake and tea & coffee elevated this above other 4 star hotels for us. All staff were helpful & friendly - thanks for a lovely stay!

Excellent property in central location in Paris near metro and walking distance to many area of Paris. Staff were very nice and helpful in getting restaurant reservations. Rooms were very nice and quiet. Great stay.

Nice hotel in good location. Spacious rooms (for Paris) with very large bathroom! Seperate toilet. Room decor was very plain and hotel lobby could do with a little more style.

Staff was excellent, room was extremely dark which was unpleasant. Difficult to find items in luggage even with every single light on.
Got coffee from the lounge in the am, was not told it would be 14euros for two coffee(which is free all afternoon) and tipped 5 euros. Canadian, I paid $57(CAD) for 4 coffees(two mornings with tips) Found that rather unpleasant given it was unexpected and the room was almost $400CAD a night.
The staff, amazing without a doubt but overall, I would not recommend. I didn’t find it worth it for the money.

From the excellent handy location, the comfy room with nice amenities, the lovely patio where you can have your afternoon tea/coffee with the traditional viennoiseries to the friendly reception staff, everything was perfect.

Upon arrival, I was greeted immediately and serviced exceptionally by the front desk (thanks to Cindy and her colleague). From bringing my bags up, to delivering my takeout, this hotel really took care of me. It is a convenient location for shopping and felt very safe to stay at, even solo. Will be coming back soon!

The Hotel Saint-Marc was fantastic. The staff were very nice and helpful. I loved the art deco style in the rooms. Highly recommend for anyone staying in Paris. It’s not a far walk from the metro and it’s easy to get around.

I hope this was a rare event but it has only one elevator and it was broken for several days. The staff did help guests carry their luggage up and down. The property really needs a second elevator.

Room clean and bedding luxurious. Staff accommodating and pleasant. Location great for us. Only complaint was broken ice machine and lack of ice. Coffee service in the morning was really nice.

Staff is outstanding and friendly! Breakfast is great! Quiet hotel - surprising as it’s in a nice walkable location. issue was being on the 5th floor with another elevator that wasn’t working. lol - seems to be a trend for us. Staff did take our luggage up - very appreciated!

A fabulous way to start our anniversary vacation! The staff was incredibly friendly and always welcoming and helpful.

Would definitely stay again, rooms a bit small (very much like all in Paris) but service, location, afternoon snack, etc were excellent. Breakfast could be better or with more options.

The staff is extremely accommodating, particularly for us who do not speak French. The rooms are small but have just enough space and the aesthetics are very nice and sort of mid-century modern. They have a honor bar and complimentary tea service in the afternoon which we took advantage of. There is an incredible restaurant right down on the corner, Le Saotico, and several other restaurants and cafes in walking distance. We will definitely look to stay here again!

Great hotel with excellent location near metro! Staff was always professional and helpful, especially the Cuban gentleman, Ernesto. The room was always cleaned to to the perfection without any disturbances. Bed was good and the room was spacious enough. Loved it!
