Great new unit - loved the cleanliness and the features. We were only there 1 night, but would gladly stay a few days in Powell River; lots of great places to visit and eat. And being above the cool market was a bonus!

We stayed here for one night during a week-long British Columbia road trip. First, the view from our suite was spectacular: from our large, picture-frame windows, we could see the crystal blue Georgia Strait and the green, green mountains of Texada Island. The suite was spacious (2 bedrooms, a good-sized bathroom, a kitchen, dining room, living room, and a porch), relatively clean, modern (open-ish floor plan with tall ceilings), conveniently located, quiet, and filled with light during the day. We didn't know what to expect given that it's above a grocery store, but we were pleasantly surprised. Another plus is that it has a free in-unit washer and dryer, which was very helpful. My only complaints are that some of the dishes in the kitchen were dirty, the couch could be more thoroughly vacuumed (the crevices had crumbs), and there were a few tiny flies inside (a previous guest may have left the door open and let them in). But those complaints pale in comparison to the all the positives. This place is a steal, and we would recommend staying here.

Big, clean and updated space! A bit noisy as there is a lot of construction out back. Perfect for a few day stay or even a quick overnight work trip.

Very spacious property with 2 bedrooms, full kitchen, living room, laundry machines, balcony. Clean and well maintained. Large bathtub. The bed was a bit small for a couple. They would not provide us a hairdryer. Grocery store and bakery open at 6 am attached to property. Free parking.

The condo was very clean and spacious, and the price point was excellent! The only thing we noticed was the walls were a bit thin so we could hear our neighbours however it did not impact our experience. I would definitely go back there again again.

Beautiful, new and clean! Nice having the market below, ocean views, and laundry. Black out curtains would be my only recommendation. Will definitely be booking again next summer.

Easily accessible with market on the property. Bath products needed…soap, conditioner, etc. Extras in kitchen would be appreciated. Great location!

Wow! The suite was gorgeous. Anything you needed was included - dishes, small appliances, dishwasher. The beds were extremely comfortable. Our stay was excellent from the time we arrived until we left - highly recommend!

Very very roomy. It's a condo. It feels brand new. It even has a washer and dryer plus a full kitchen all very clean. (No facial tissue or bedside clock weren't a big deal).

I initially staying at this property last year while visiting my friends place down the street. We had a pleasant experience, so we booked again this year. Despite calling to confirm of two separate bathrooms, we got a three bedrooms and a one bathroom place. Also my credit card was pre charged without me checking in physically with a $20 fee for an extra person (which we had initially). My friend cancelled so there was only two of us. Wanting to get the refund of the $20, I was told to ask when we checked out the next day.

Quite large property with two bathrooms. Some noise from other guests in the middle of the night (early hours Saturday morning). Kitchen not brilliantly stocked with all utensils and pots etc. Walls very bare. Very comfortable place though and staff very helpful.

It is clean, relaxing, spacious with access to convenient stores. Good for family to share.

Very clean and new looking. Beds are quite comfortable and the location is convenient as well. Easy check in and out. It's a bit bleak though with nothing on the walls and bare minimum furnishings. The walls are quite thin and a fair amount of road noise makes its way in too. No screens on the windows. I always feel a bit lonely there.

Great place to stay.

Great location and space!! A couple of loud rattles from the fridge through out the first night. Night two not a sound! 😊

My only suggestion is for the Pacific Point Market, that the employees making sandwiches need to change their gloves after wiping down equipment, stocking shelves and touching many other things before making a sandwich.

Great stay

Lots of interior space. Comfortable. But seems unfinished or at least very new. Minimal dishes but enough for basic cooking. WiFi was intermittent. Easy check in. Pleasant folks. Comfortable beds. Two bathrooms but only one shower worked. Bathtub in 2nd bathroom only. Good location.
