Our host called us on check in day to verify arrival time and helped us switch rooms last minute when she saw I had a baby with a stroller and couldn’t navigate the stairs. Very accommodating and friendly. We even got a packed breakfast since we had to leave early. A true BnB experience.

I had a fantastic overnight stay at Goodbread House. My room was clean and comfortable and the location was perfect for exploring St. Mary's. Our host was very communicative and responded to our questions/requests quickly. Breakfast was delish! Would definitely stay there again.

This is the second stay for me and just as enjoyable as the first time. Very convenient to down town and a great place to stay. Hostess is lovely and offers some delious cookies upon arrival, wine in the evening and a fabulous breakfast with juice and coffee. Rooms are all themed and plenty of room for 2 adults and small children.

A lovely property on a very small community. Limited dining scince it was Sunday. All the people we met could NOT have been nicer. But this is s place you go on the way to Cumberland Island; mot so much s plsce to visit on its own.

We a lovely stay, the town is wonderful, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the hosts were lovely as well. Thank you.
As a note to anyone booking the ferry, wait until the day of, it was pouring rain all day, but due to us not giving 8 days or 6 hours notice we were out 90.00, they offered us a transfer, but told us that we had to give them a date that day and we had not received the email until the next morning, this has nothing to do with the Inn, only the ferry ride.

Our third time stopping here while on the road. While it’s a bit off the highway it’s in a charming town with cute shops and restaurants. The inn is comfortable, the staff friendly and the breakfast outstanding. Very dog friendly too!

The young lady who chuck to soon was great. I believe it was the owner later on, who talked to us, was wonderful also.
The old house is filled with nice things from another age.
This added to our trip a great deal.

This was my first experence with a B&B. I was treated extremely good. The owner went of her way to ensure our stay was comfortable, relaxing and fulling.
She had snacks, wine, water, coffee, tea or juice available at all times.The home is full of antiques and memorabilia from late 1800's to the early 1900's.

We loved our stay at the Goodbread b And B. The history of st Mary’s was amazing, try the history tour. We had a yummy breakfast each day. We had dinner at the surrounding restaurants that we walked to almost everyone of them. And easily walked over to the Cumberland’s island ferry from our room. Great way to spend our 20 yr anniversary

Mardja was a charming and gracious host and her home was comfortable. The house is well situated to enjoy the attractions St. Mary has to offer. It was our first time in St. Mary and I am sure we will be back. I would certainly stay at Goodbread House again.

The house is lovely. The customer service was superior. The breakfast was delicious. There was wine and desserts every evening. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely return here.

We thought the theme was cute but our (Evangaline) room was substandard for the price. Poor quality beds, terrible pillows, bedding sprayed or washed with a horrible scent that was overwhelming, the shower is circa 1950 and in poor condition, the bathroom was very dusty, the bedroom windows dirty. Again, our room was way over-priced for what we got.

Only negative was the small shower but there was a sepsrate tub. Would gladly stay there again

The Inn was super clean, the water pressure was great, the bed was very comfy, the wifi was free and not at all spotty, the owner was very friendly and welcoming, and there were beautiful porches will comfortable seating. If a person isn't very pleased at this establishment, then they can't be pleased at all! I will definitely stay there again and again!

This place is a stop over place for us as we drive up the seaboard. Usually you just want a bed to sleep on halfway during a holiday trip. But this place is like the holiday itself. The man in the morning is friendly and funny. The beds are amazing and the B&B is beautiful, quiet and located walking distance to St Marys downtown which is an awesome morning walk before breakfast and getting back on the trip
