Outstanding value for business traveler in Hangzhou. Excellent breakfast, very quiet rooms, excellent location in Xihu.

Nice hotel, though a bit expensive for this type in comparison with other similar hotels, breakfast is also additional cost. Big kudos for the staff in the reception who bring me to buy contact lenses.

Lovely hotel, nice room, but very bad location. It’s not close to the West Lake or anything in town. Also the name of the hotel is “Tea boutique” but not even a single cup of tea was offered. Will not return.

Nice location and room service. There’s a lot of nice restaurants over there, and u can walk a short distance 2 go 2 west lake.

Front desk has little info about tourist info and had little experience about the area!!! The hotel is relatively expensive than other hotel in the area with similar conditions. Breakfast has limited choices and expensive. Decided breakfast at restaurants nearby.

The hotel is in good condition. It has the amenities as food as those of at least a 4-star hotel, and it has special area for tea, a big bathtub, and spacious balcony. Service was good. There are many choices for food in the neighborhood. The only drawback might be getting a taxi during busy time, which can be difficult due to the location. If you drive then there is no problem at all!

Great stay - very nice hotel. Excellent visit. Attached to a nice restaurant. Location is amazing for the lake and some nice food/drink places nearby. Staff spoke good English.

This boutique hotel is located in this specific areas which many private boutique hotels are around. It's near the university and on the edge of west lake green area. A lot of restaurants nearby. A bit crowded (not over crowded). It is not near MRT (after all Hangzhou only has 3 MRT lines and quite new to MRT anyway). The best way to travel to west lake area is to rent the bike on the streets (quite many near the hotels), cheap and convenient. The staff is very professional and elegant. The room is quite spacious and neat. I especially like their tea set and decorations inside and outside. The room is quiet and comfortable. One thing, they use the smart TV and hence the traditional TV channels are not very clear to watch. I enjoyed my stays a lot. Really surprised. I believe the hotel is underpriced as they are still building their brand.

well located, 15 minutes walk from the lake, very nice clean comfortable room with helpful staff. they even bought for us train tickets and went to the train station to collect them for us. across the street theres one of the most recommended restaurants in hangzhou.

We (my wife, I, and our three-year daughter) stay there for four nights. The hotel is easy to find and the room is nice. The last night during our stay, the hot water stops working. It was duly fixed by the staff. But it's annoying.

The hotel is in a tourist enclave on a street with a closed entrance. There are lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel itself is modern and the staff is pleasant. The biggest problem for someone who does not read Chinese is that most of these restaurants and shops conduct their business completely in Chinese.

One of my best experience with hotel. I would revisit this hotel for sure.
